Babyganics only has a tiny strip of a design at front waist, and would easily be hidden if rolling diapers for cake. I believe earth's best diapers are also without design. But swaddlers have light coloring design around leg holes and front design and small details on back also.

To get the best fit, check that it fits snuggly around the waist and thighs by running your fingers around the edges and making sure there are no gaps – the diaper should fit well to let baby move comfortably. Sometimes the inner leg cuffs can stick to the inner lining of the diaper, or get tucked in around the top of your baby’s legs so it helps to run your finger around the waist band and cuffs so that they wrap around your baby’s legs and bottom like underwear.
