A: Hello, please don't worry. The water isn't heated directly in the tank. It is first drawn from the tank and then heated inside the machine.

Still figuring out the frothing but everything is very functional and it must be said beautiful - small apartment approved. Shots can be calibrated easily- pulls double shots in a row- and froths after with a very short wait - do t forget to heat the machine up before you pull shots!!
