Awesome buy!
We have a fifth wheel that we live in fulltime. We got this to help with reducing the amount of propane we were using and to help with not heating the whole camper up while cooking. This has been the best thing we’ve bought for our fifth wheel! I love that it bakes and air fryers! Plus there’s a ton of settings some we haven’t tried yet but it is a wonderful product!

It does absolutely everything
This is our second purchase of the same model (Air Fryer Pro). We bought our first one after our oven failed and we had to wait for parts. We use it almost nightly, because it does do any task from flatbread to Easter dinner. We recently acquired a small vacation cabin and the first purchase we made was a Breville Air Fryer Pro. You can buy cheaper, but I don't think you could buy a better model.

Getting used to it
I am trying many dishes and have ascertained that for reheating it is too slow, same with dehydrating both taking ages. Roasting is very good but you have to keep checking as the times are often different from the recipes. Keeping warm is quite good and air frying good but a different texture than deep frying more crispy but dryer. I need to do more with it to iron out the recipes and times. We still need to use the microwave as it takes ages to reheat which is a bummer as it a more counter space used up,

Enjoying Exploring Smart Oven Features.
We have only had the Breville Smart Oven for a few weeks and are still exploring the many features. The machine is certainly a “Smart Oven” as the type of food in most cases can be dialed in and the coking information is automatic set. This coupled with the instructions that can be found on the Breville app makes trying a multitude of items easy and fun. So far great success. 😀. We expect to use this oven for many dishes rather than heating up our large stove oven for efficiency and time savings.
