We will never buy any of your products again. The pans flaked and were a waste of money. To make things worse, the flaking made my wife sick. What a waste of money and space in our kitchen. We have a ton of your products that we will never use again.

This oven should be amazing. It has all the features that I needed and the price point was crazy affordable considering the sale on Black Friday. We got the last one at our local store. The box was badly damaged, which should’ve sent up red flags. We got it home, unpacked it —found that it was dented and was missing a tray. I had read a review saying this could be loud so I wanted to hear it… So I plugged it in to see if it worked. That’s actually how we found out it had been used. Once the air started flowing inside, suddenly it had crumbs. the air frying and convection elements are very loud, but they are also very strong with its airflow… Which is how I learned it was used… The air pushed out a bunch of hidden crumbs and circulated them all over the oven, top and bottom ew I am returning it and exchanging for the exact same thing, but hopefully it’s unused and not dented and has no missing pieces All of which were a problem with this purchase I will modify or expand my review once I get the replacement product

Very nice oven. Heats up quick and everything cooks even. Looks great! Built solid. Wish it had a larger lower level, or designed so you could remove the separating piece so it would be just one larger space. But it's a very nice counter top oven.

Dirty and Used!!!
The box was torn and dirty to begin with, the contents were even worse! I recieved a used air fryer! it was greasy and dirty. I'm still in shock. I'm done with target. Never again, I am beyond disgusted. They should investigate who packed that or if someone purchased it then returned after many uses.

Great product but didn't last more than a year :(
I have to say I really like this product! Unfortunately we have had it just over a year and the door mechanism has worn out and you have to put a hand on the top and hold down pretty hard to open the door. Really disappointed that I have to get rid of it for the price I paid. Again, it works well, but the fact that the door not working is super disappointing.

Where has this been all my life. I love it, especially being a single woman who only occasionally cooks for 2-4 family members. It's perfect and I haven't used my regular oven since I unboxed it. I thought it would be hard and confusing but it's as easy as apple pie, and makes a great apple pie!

Very disappointed, never received my package . It said delivered and they left it out in the street. With other packages and when I called they said there’s nothing they can do !! I am very disappointed and angry! So I would never place an over again. I spend over 1,000 on the order and there’s nothing they can do !!! The new law is that they aren’t responsible for packages anymore. Once they show deliver. Don’t buy anything of value if they won’t guarantee a solution!

So far so good. Had another Ninja XL and didn’t like it at all. Replaced it with this one. Love the accessories that come with it. Fast preheat, food does not go from raw to charred in 3 minutes like the previous Ninja. Like the ability to cook two items at different temperatures.

Cheap stainless steel inside
Good luck with keeping it clean. It has the CHEAPEST stainless steel inside that cannot be scrubbed and if you try to clean it, it will look like trash afterwards. A waste of money. Love the double oven feature though.
