A: Yes it definitely smells when 1st taken out of the box and heated up for the 1st time. We actually put ours outside for 4 hours and ran it to get rid of that smell

After a year and a half of purchase, the fan broke. I have used the oven a few times and it no longer bakes as it should be, since the temperature is not enough to cook the product. I've tried and they're raw. No more Ninja, I was disappointed.

Overall we like it. Size is great. Issues with cooking times, functions and which level to use as the instructions are off. Usually takes a longer time to cook than instructed. Air fryer is a joke. Started smelling like old burn oil recently after cooking chicken fingers we probably need to clean it. Lol Even toast is hit or miss. You have to watch it because as it gets closer to the end time it gets brown to burnt quickly. You will need to play with settings and levels to figure out what cooks best and keep a log. Lol

DISGUSTING! This is what my mom got to open on Christmas morning. It was supposed to be a brand new air fryer but no she received a DISGUSTING obviously used air fryer. This is gross and not to mention completely unsanitary. I am EXTREMELY unsatisfied with this and it needs to be fixed immediately.

We just ordered this and it was our first air fryer! I know, we’re so late to the game. Really love it. I was a little intimidated by the many features at first but we’re figuring it out. We even baked Christmas cookies in it in addition to using our oven so that was great. It’s big but I knew that when I ordered it and have the perfect place in the corner of our counter donuts not in the way. I love that we can cook a meal for our family of 5!

We love our ninja XL pro air fryer oven! We’ve had this for months and use it nearly every day! As a family of three we hardly ever use our full-size oven now. This thing heats up quick and is so efficient. It is much larger than I would have suspected, it can take up a large amount of counter if you have limited countertop space but we were able to get rid of multiple other devices!
