Q: The description says that it will fit at 9 x 11" pan, but also that it will fit a 12" pizza. I am hoping to use my 12" pizza pan to cook homemade pizzas, will it fit?

A: I have owned 2 HB brand toaster ovens the past few yrs & printed temps/other knob info started wearing off just months after use, despite careful non abrasive cleaning with just warm water and soap.

A: Very disappointed that you are unable to regulate the temperature in air fryer mode. Above it says that air fryer is set to 450 degrees.Doesn’t air fry well at all.

Q: Are all functions non stick free ?Air fryer, grill, etc.? Is there a smell the first few times it is used? If so , I will have to " burn off" fumes so appliance is safe to use around my birds.

The top knob doesn't go all the way to "air fryer," so you can't tell if you're getting the air fryer function. I'm afraid to use it. I found other people have commented about this. Contacted the manufacturer. They want $5 to answer my question. I'll be giving away this thing.

Bought this to replace previous one I owned which after about 8 years stopped air frying. This one has some new features like indications on glass door suggesting which rack to use. Also the rack has a slot to hild the drip/bake pan. So I am pleased withis newer model so far.

I just purchased this toaster oven today and I have to say I am disappointed. I will return it tomorrow. The crumb tray pulls out in a way that it spills everything into the bottom of the oven. Deal breaker for me - i need to be able to keep it clean. Second, the housing it gets HOT, especially the glass door! Not a deal breaker, but additional motivation to return. I did toast one slice of bread when testing it out and it came out perfect -so maybe it will be the right product for you. Too bad the crumb tray is a flawed design.

Completely stopped turning on after only two years. As others have said, it also burned things and smoked. My last toaster worked for 15 years. This is ridiculous.

This countertop air fryer is seriously frustrating. Unless you plan on placing it directly in front of the wall outlet, the cord is way too short to reach—only about 18 inches long! Rendering it completely impractical. I had to return it. Total disappointment!

Can’t tell if the air fryer is actually ligit. The sound of the “oven” sounds the same as the air fryer, HOWEVER, this appliance doesn’t have a “fan sound” like a regular air fryer.

Ok, the nuker quit. NP ... spare in garage is 1.5 inches too wide. Move toaster or ... Yup, its time to put the Emeril branded air fryer out to pasture. It took forever to heat up and I never was impressed with its performance. BESIDES ... I have been using my Hamilton toaster-oven for nearly everything, anyway. Yes, since receiving this unit, the air fryer has just been taking up counter space. In the Hamilton Beach, I can do the same things ... and More, than I could do in the $175 unit This toaster does the usual .. any finger food that will fit on the tray, reheat pizza and a variety of other left-overs, even bake frozen pizza. The Convection mode ... blower like air fryer, but a LOT quieter. My only issues - no safety stop when pulling out shelves. Front door that also needs stops as it opens about 140 degrees..... and .. can take a while to hit 400 deg.
