Q: The description says that it will fit at 9 x 11" pan, but also that it will fit a 12" pizza. I am hoping to use my 12" pizza pan to cook homemade pizzas, will it fit?

Q: Are all functions non stick free ?Air fryer, grill, etc.? Is there a smell the first few times it is used? If so , I will have to " burn off" fumes so appliance is safe to use around my birds.

I am not sure if there is a problem with mine- the temperature dial will not go all the way around to air fry . I air fried hamburgers and the cooking guide says to set the temperature to air fry but i cant get there.

No discernible airflow on air-fry setting. When I set it to air-fry for the first time, it didn't sound like anything was happening except a faint buzzing sound. So as a test I placed small pieces of foil paper inside, which showed no movement at all? I expected air movement on air-fry setting.

My first time with the Hamilton’s oven was in Colombia, I bought a rosstiserie oven that was incredibly helpful. Now I live in the States and I don’t doubt about to purchase the bran again, I love the quality and the design!

I got my package and the silver tray and the rack were missing. I called Hamilton beach and they said they are unaware of what even goes into the box and cannot help us. I am not having to find out measurements to purchase the other racks and silver tray on Amazon in order to use my oven properly. I am disappointed in the service.

So far I really like this product. I have used the air fryer mode and the bake mode. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and is small enough that I can put it away until I’m using but large enough that I can fit 3 chicken breast. I think this will be really handy in the summer time when I don’t want to put the standard oven on. Would recommend

This is based on design. There is a permanent metal frame that cover the top of the heat coil bars at the bottom of the oven and was a feature I did not like about the oven, because cleaning would be hard to get too…I don’t really understand the entire purpose of having that cover over the coils…maybe less food droppings on the coils…I see it as in the way. Also, the oven I purchased had uneven legs and 2 legs had a rubber attachment under each while the other 2 were missing—not sure what was up with that. It does not have a pull out crumb tray. I thought I’d be okay with that, but realized I need an oven that has its own slide in and out function for the bottom tray.

I think a lot of the negative reviews are from user error. I had a ninja flip oven for a long time but it’s to difficult to clean. I wanted something simple and easy so I got this one. It’s definitely something new to learn, but once you read the instructions and actually follow them, it works perfectly fine. I’ve not burnt anything, and it hasn’t smoked or gotten fire hazard hot. I like that it doesn’t have any non stick coating too. Just read and follow the instructions y’all. They are there for a reason!

This toaster oven is AWFUL. Burns absolutely everything you put in there. Everything from the drip pan, the coil grate, the baking sheet that comes with it, is a grease magnet and IMPOSSIBLE TO CLEAN. I’ve had this toaster oven a little over a month and going to throw it out. Don’t think you’re getting a deal here, spend a little more money on a quality toaster oven.

This is an extreme fire hazard. It has caught fire TWICE. We thought the first time the parchment caught fire it was a fluke but then it happened for the second time. It gets so insanely hot (much hotter than 450) and doesn’t seem to shut off completely without unplugging it. The pan it comes with also warps during cooking so be careful taking your food out!

No customer support--there is a phone number that say to fill out an email form. No one ever responds. Did this several times. There are two levels for the insert. So if you want to toast, one side will burn and other side lightly, if at all toasted. It is very hard to read the settings around the dial(air fry, toast, etc) I always use foil on tray and it still somehow gets soiled that seems permanent.
