    Disappointed

    I really wanted to like the BLACK+DECKER Crisp ‘N Bake Pro because I love the compact size and all of the different cooking settings it offers. Unfortunately, it’s very inconsistent and doesn’t work correctly about half the time. I’ll turn it to the toast setting, and sometimes the heating coils won’t even come on. Other times it works like it’s supposed to. It’s frustrating because I never know if it’s actually going to heat up when I turn it on. The size and versatility are great, but the reliability has been disappointing.

    Crisp N Bake toaster oven

    I ended up returning this item because I did not realize that it was a white color. I felt it was cheaply made and was smaller than my previous toaster oven.

    I’ve has this toaster oven since January 2026, it bakes entirely too slow. I make a lot of chicken nuggets in there for my kids & it takes over an hour and sometimes it doesnt even taste cooked. I wish this was returnable, just a waste of money.

    too small to be an air fryer burns everything

    I downsized to this model two months ago. Everything I cook in it burns. The stay on button is so stiff. I have to use two hands or a wrench to turn it. I can’t use parchment paper like I normally do because it cooks the parchment paper into ash. The size is too small for an air fryer only meant for toast.

I like that it has an air fry option since I have a regular air fryer this is a good to use if I need to air fry multiple items. I noticed this one has a pull out Basket, where as my other one the rack was connected to the door.

    Glorified Toaster

    This thing barely fits anything. Designed to hold a tiny pizza but the tray they give u is half that size so you can't really reach full potential of the size. They don't sell trays that are half circle on one and and square at the other. Don't buy. It's a glorified toster.

    Don't waste your money

    Burning smells of plastic

    Great little cooker!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little thing packs a punch! It has all sorts of trays and a basket for air frying. It is small so if you don't have a lot of space it is very compact. I used it on chicken patties and it cooked them to perfection. Looks like it will be easy to clean it does have a drip pan for the bottom which is great you can take it out clean it and put it back in. This is a great addition to my kitchen gadgets.
