Q: Can someone who actually owns one tell me if it emits a plastic or burnt smell? I've own 2 both name brands and they both smelled really strong and one actually stopped working after a week/2 uses

A: May sound odd, but check if you are using cooking spray. I found if you use a soybean based cooking spray it emits an odd smell. Took me a long time to figure it out. Canola oil based spray is ok.

A: This system does not have a rice or bean function. You can use the bake function in order to cook these items.

A: It has a button for each of those..

I purchased this item in June of 2024 and as of today October 25th, 4 months later, it just stop working. Exteremly disappointed as this is not a cheap item and to have it just simply go out for no reason was again disappointing. I tried, maybe putting it in a different area, I made sure I didn't trip a circut, but nope none of that was the reason. Just stop working.

meet my assistant Ninja! I can't imagine a day without her! With her, everything is quick and easy, a great solution for those who need to quickly prepare different types of dishes at the same time. Now it's not so difficult to pack lunches for school for two children! It's easy to clean, not noisy, lots of space and excellent quality, you can cook both on the grill and in the oven, there is a function to warm up the dish, this is a great solution, and the chicken is incredibly tasty on the roast function! I recommend this magic machine!

After about 6 months the silver paint came off the left drawer handle. No way to hide the ugliness on the counter. Tried to order a new handle, but you have to buy the whole left basket. I only need the handle and don’t want to buy a new drawer. Wrote to the company and never got a response…it’s been 2 years I’ve had to look at it. Other than that problem it’s been a good appliance.

I have been look to buy one for a while and so happy I finally did. It it easy to use and good turns out great. So far just cooked frozen pizza and broccoli in the air fryer and they turned out great. The pizza cheese was nice and crispy on top but gooey underneath. Loved how the crust turned out. The broccoli turned out great too. I can’t wait to cook more things with my air fryer. Another bonus it is easy to clean.
