I wanted to like this slow cooker but was left unimpressed. The color is beautiful and I love the convenience of searing or cooking in the pot. One less step and less dishes do clean up. I do not like that you have to cook it on high for most foods. It overcooked my chicken on high and when I cooked it on low it took too long to heat up evenly. The material also seems like it would get very scuffed up in a short time

Doesn't work, but looks nice
It's beautiful but it doesn't get hot enough to cook. My beef stew was supposed to take 8 hours on low. I put it on high after 6 hours as it was tough as rocks. Finally just pulled it out and put to in a pressure cooker. Really upsetting! I want to set it and forget it while I leave the house but apparently this is just some kind of food warmer

It's okay just a normal slow cooker
I miss the old multi cooker, this one just doesn't seem to cook as well. Before I could have tender shredded meat in as little as 4 hrs, now I can cook a 6lb shoulder on low for 10 hrs and it still comes out tough.

Great functionality, but poor quality
I like the functions and the options that it gives you and it cooks really well. Downside is the actual pan after one week. The codeine appears to be chipping off and that worries me that is getting into our food.

So bummed
I wanted to love this cooker. I used it once, hand washed it and the nonstick coating is starting to peel around the screws where the handles attach to the inner pot. There’s also places around the rim of the pot where it has come off as well. Unfortunately, I will be returning it. I might give it one more try to see if I have the same results with a new one because I really want to love this thing.

Moldy chips
I bought this and cooked in it once. The Teflon is chipping around the top already and the lid has water trapped under it. I tried getting it out and cannot. Eventually that will mold and smell bad and I will not want to use it at all. Buyer beware!

The cooker Worked great, used once…. Daughter broke my lid and I can’t even order a replacement so one star for the in advance for my email about to get spammed with everything but a simple notification saying that they’re actually making the parts for the product they should be “selling”
