A: I just purchased and there wasn’t a recipe book or any cooking suggestions which i found disappointing.

A: If you use lukewarm milk and regular yogurt culture, yogurt is done in the 8 hour setting and is quite good. Very hot milk does not give good results.

A: Using the sous vide function gives you finer control over the temperature setting when creating Reuteri yogurt... yes, it looks like this unit comes with Sous vide.

A: Yes, mine came with the red silicone mold (plus clear lid) and the metal steamer trivet shown in the picture. The mold works very well for egg bites!
