    Base cracks over time. Motor last forever

    I’ve had this for many years —- the motor last for ever, the container cracks— more likely from putting in the dishwasher- not sure of other peoples experience with that happening, but this is the 3rd one I’m purchasing—- just for the base because I love it so much. But again I’ve had it for many years before I needed to buy again. So 4 stars- used to be 19.99

    the connection between the motor and blade is difficult to line up. I want this to be a fast and ease item. if not I'll just pull out the cutting board.

    Needs a less slick surface on power pod section

    The power pod is heavy and hard to hold on to because the grip area is too slick. I’m going to buy some safety grip tape or HTV silicone pads before I use it because It’ll give me a firm grip. The gunmetal grey looks good but it is too slippery!

    What a little ripper!

    I use this powerful chopper a lot! It stays on my countertop. Quick salsas, nuts, guacamole, biscuit crumbs, bread crumbs, dressings, garlic! I love that the blade reaches the very bottom so no need to stop and scrape it down. One easy push down on the top to activate or pulse. Affordable and very useful! Great gift for a kitchen tea!
