Ninja Express Chop - Gray NJ100GR

Horrible quality. The bowl cracked within 6 months and if you try to get a warranty replacement, Ninja will tell you that the bowl is a “wearable” piece and not eligible. They are $15 to purchase new. Shame on this company and the waste it’s adding to landfills.

I bought this to help me make tabouli, to feather the parsley and mint leaves and cut the green onions fine. It just takes one pulse and bingo! So much easier than chopping with a knife, which is messy and seems to take forever. I love this thing and highly recommend. It's not hard to clean the top if you have a spray nozzle on your kitchen faucet -- otherwise, just running water through it does the job. Didn't need toothpicks, as one reviewer says. Great price, too!

Does a great job of chopping, but the issue is cleaning it. It’s impossible to clean the middle of the top part. The splatter guard protects most of it, but leaves enough of an opening to make it impossible to get small food particles out. The bottom piece is dishwasher safe, but the design is such that a bunch of water will pool on the top of it. So it’s better to hand wash it. I will end up donating this once I buy something better.

Doesn't chop well but no matter how little you do it. Either doesn't chop it and the veggies stick to the sides or you have a liquid. No in between

I often joke that writing reviews is my second time job- because on another platform I get free items in exchange for my review. So writing reviews recreationally is not my top priority anymore. I bought this of my free will with my own money 6 months ago. I had to come back & review this because I use it all the freaking time- & every time I do I think, wow, I really love this thing still. First off it’s cheap. I think I got mine on sale for $20, but even at $30 it’s a great price. It’s versatile- it’s small enough for it not to be a nuisance to pull out and fit in the dishwasher but large enough to be able to slice most items one at a time. This is very important to me- as my larger ninja food processor almost never gets used for that reason. In the time & effort it takes to pull it out use it take it all apart rinse and put each part in the dishwasher I feel like it’s easier for me to just chop it myself. But not this thing. So small, so easy, so useful. & yes it’s dishwasher safe & has survived the dishwasher beautifully through every wash. Every part can go in- bin, blade, & lid- except the top mechanical portion which doesn’t even touch your food anyway. I predominantly use this for mincing garlic which is super easy with this and comes out perfect. So no more needing to buy those tiny minced garlic jars. I also love this as a way to create bacon bits- I cook my bacon & throw it in here & get perfect bits. Also for nuts- I make a green sauce with pistachios & can get them very ground up with this & sauce ready. Or I can pulse it for less time & simply chop almonds or pecans in larger pieces for a salad. Unlimited uses as long as you are okay with smaller cuts. Which brings me to the drawbacks of this machine: because it has one blade it does one thing- chops things into little bits. So it’s not great if you want a more precise cut, or want something cut a different size. Thats where you’ll need to bring in another machine such as a mandolin, larger food processor that comes with different blades, or hand chop for precision. But this machine shines with the little cooking ingredients that you tend to overlook. The ones where you do not want to pull out a big ole food processor for that one little thing, but without it, that little thing will add a lot of extra time to your prep work. Get this- it’s something you don’t think you need but it fills a niche in your kitchen for those that routinely cook.

Get it! It’s powerful but compact. Love it for small batch of salsa or chimichuri sauce.

This is the perfect small chopper. It is compact and saves precious cupboard space. I like that the chopper has a lid so you can put the whole thing directly in the refrigerator so you aren’t doing as many dishes. We use this to make fresh salsa weekly.

I've had this chopper for at least 2 years. Best little chopper. Only takes a few seconds or less to chop up whatever you put in there. Worth the money.

Not noisy and works great, but the problem is that you have to hold the button down continuously to keep it blending. I have arthritis, and the vibration makes it worse. Unfortunately, it does not clearly state what type of on/off mechanism it has. Otherwise, it's perfect.

I have a larger Ninja for other things but I love this small one for small projects. It is great for dressings, olive tapenade or any small sauce mix etc. It's great and works well. Very easy to clean. I really like it.

I'm really happy with this chopper! I broke my wrist and lost a lot of mobility, strength, and weight I can carry. It isn't too difficult for me to get the food items chopped. I get a boost to my confidence because it is something that I didn't lose.

I want to give it 5 stars but can’t. The chopper is great, no doubt. My complain is, I got 2 different shades/color of the top and bottom. I bought the gray color but the bottom came in dark green Or is it supposed to be like that?.. I inspected it and I don’t think it’s used. I needed it right away so I kept it instead.

The Ninja Express Chopper is my favorite chopper ever! Ninja has never disappointed me. It is easy to use and easy to clean. No more having to chop food by hand! I also love that it is compact and doesn’t take up too much space in my cupboards.

Amazing! I made homemade basil pesto with this and it was so easy! The only thing I wish is that it was glass instead of plastic, but that’s also what you get your the price.
