Best device for the price and best attachments. Better quality than the other more expensive versions

Lid snap closure snapped off and nobreplacenents 😞
I was happy with my purchase because this chopper did help me with lots of chopping of veg to make my dog food on a monthly basis. It's not the most versatile of products nor does it have the strength or capacity that others in this product line offer, but I appreciated the price in these tough economic times. However, I'm no longer happy with it, mainly due to customer service when one of the lid's snaps snapped and broke. I thought it would be a simple situation where I could replace the lid or perhaps even the entire top of the processor. However, the warranty ran out a month before the lid broke, and though I was willing to pay for the replacement lid, they no longer have them in stock. So they offered me a 15% coupon for another product. No thanks. What a waste. I'll shop for a better product and a different brand, thank you very much. Not Hamilton Beach again for me.

Easy to use and incredibly powerful!
I absolutely love the "Stack & Snap" design of this food processor. Not having to twist and struggle to lock the bowl into place makes setup so fast. It chops, slices, and shreds quickly, and the 12-cup capacity is perfect for large family meals or weekly meal prep. Cleaning it is a breeze, too. Highly recommended for any home cook! ( Only problem is the lid easily damage due to the lock )

Broke after only a few uses
I’m so disappointed. I bought this June 21st of 2026. I’ve used it about 5 times. One of the plastic bits already broke where you snap the lid on. It’s July 4th 2026.

Great Food Processor
I'm replacing the Food Processor, I had, with the same make and model. Wouldn't have it any different.

Shredding not good
This product seems ok but the blade to shred and slice is not sturdy. It wobbles as it shreds and half the item ends up on top of the blade. Maybe I’m doing something wrong.

Loyal customer
My father in law bought me my previous processor (same make & model) 15+ yrs ago, so I replaced it with the same one. I hope this motor performs as long and as well. Also, all the easy to clean durable plastic accessories and blades fit the new one. I even bought this same processor for my son & daughter for Christmas a few years ago.

Not worth it
Did not chop anything. We purchased this for making salsa. We purchased the protection plan in case something happened. Lid broke after three uses so I tried to file a claim. I was told they cannot do anything, that I have to call the manufacturer. Wasted money on the appliance and the protection plan. Purchase a different brand.

Used once and works no more
Used it once, tried using it again after a few months and now doesn’t work. Still looks brand new and was properly stored so as to why it has stopped working is beyond me.

a little expensive for a one time use product
first use was amazing. I used it for three different recipes for Easter and was hooked. I told so many people how wonderful it was to finally have a food processor. I did some research and thought the bad reviews were people who were misusing the machine and a one off of bad manufacturing. something that wouldn't happen to me, and if I get two years out of it, for the price, I would be satisfied. I went to shred a bunch of cheese today and I was so excited to use my food processor for the second time. plug it in, hit the button to make sure it does what I need it to do, and nothing. I bring it to my bathroom to try a different outlet. nodda! I would suggest listening to the one star reviews unfortunately. it worked well for the one time it worked, it's just a bit expensive for a one time use product

It's already broken. Not even a week of using it and one of the latches brackets snapped. I made bread and it somehow went into a part that can't get cleaned unless I use tools to tear it apart. The lid latches are easily snapped so be careful. Absolutely disappointed.

Lid breaks easily
The machine works well but the lid broke so now it won’t latch. Used maybe 4 times, bought in September 2025.

Disappointed
I know things are not made the way they used to be, but since my last Hamilton Beach food processor lasted nearly 20 years, I decided to go with a brand I trust. Overall, it's a great food processor, easy to use, does a great job, and clean up is easy. Unfortunately, the second time I used it, the plastic part on the lid that the clip attaches to snapped right off. I can still secure the lid and use the food processor, but I would have expected the parts to last a little longer than two uses before they started to break.
