Locking mechanism easily breaks
The overall performance of this was very good. Unfortunately, a very-poorly engineered locking mechanism means that it easily breaks unless you are extremely careful when opening the lid. The handles that lock the lid in place only open to a few degrees from the vertical locked position (seems like they should be able to open all the way, or at least to the horizontal position but do not). If you attempt to open them much beyond the position where they just unlock, which is incredibly easy to do, then the plastic breaks immediately. Broke on second use and I returned to the store. If you can be very gentle with this, then based on my two uses it seems like a very capable machine and very affordable for its size and power. I made hummus with it and it came out very smooth and creamy. Perhaps mine was defective to begin with if nobody else is having this issue. Target was great processing the return.

Its cuts like a dream but it doesn't get clean
I bought the food processor and was really excited. After successfully cutting and shredding I decided to try the dough knead button. I cant clean the dough in the motor shaft. I think you can see why I am super sad, that's a health risk. Its got dough which will mold and that will put an end to my food processor. There should be a way to clean it or at least he closed but nothing. Beyond disappointed.???

The handles that are supposed to lock the lid assembly down are terribly designed -- they cracked off after 2 uses. They seem to get jammed on their hinge pins in the "up" position, and it's almost impossible to *delicately* bring them back down to lock the lid. Plastic components that keep it in place cracked right off, and no, I'm not a caveman in the kitchen. I've managed to use the unit for a few months with the (now broken-off) lock-down handles just holding down the lid. Today, the unit is just DEAD. Barely used over less than 3 months.

Not the Best
The food processor worked great for 3 uses and then began falling apart before it finally just stopped working. Many of the “snap and lock” parts are 3D printed and cannot be replaced if broken. And the unit will not work if those parts cannot properly snap into place. You’d have to replace the whole unit instead of the smaller part.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is one of the best food processor ever I use it for everything chopping purée make my husband’s and gym shakes. I chop up make new recipes. I found on TikTok anything it’s good for anything. It only got me in the kitchen and cooking because it’s godsend. It helps me so much instead of shopping manually and risking the chance of cutting my fingers. I put everything inside and whip it up.
