The mixer uses a different design where the user can manually move the bowl from side to side using an adjustable slide lever in the base. Disappointed.

did not recieve instruction manual
I did not recieve a directional publication with my purchase, although I am keeping it I find the suctioncups on the bottom a bit of a nuisance, it is a very small space to work in while trying to keep batter scraped into mix at bottom of bowl, since there was no manual I don't know if there is a better way of operating the appliance or what the speed settings mean.
