Soups here I come
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I especially like immersion blenders because they make soup so much creamier. This one has 2 speeds which gives you better control over your item. I like the whisk attachment for making thinner items like protein pudding. This is definitely a great tool to have in the fall- soup season; however it's versatile nature gives you plenty of opportunities year round.

Whipping up Deliciousness
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my immersion blender. I have made tomato pesto, basil pesto and 3 different kinds of mayonnaise. It's great on soups too. I plan on whipping up desserts. It makes delicious whipped cream. So happy I bought this. No way anyone would be disappointed with this blender. Great product. You can't go wrong with an immersion blender.

Nifty kitchen gadget
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Immersion Blender from Hamilton Beach is a nifty kitchen tool wonderful to have in any household kitchen! With 2 speed settings, its easy to find the right amount of power for whatever you are creating. The whisk and wand attachments give versatile options for what you can do with this handheld tool- from mixing, to blending; you can also puree & even whip countless recipes. The 8" wand gives the ability to use where needed, without the hassle of transferring foods/drinks- which also means less work & less dirty dishes! I also appreciate the long cord- makes it easy to reach wherever I need to in the kitchen without having to move full pots of liquids, etc. The attachments are also dishwasher safe- making clean up a breeze!

Who Knew I Needed This?!?!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I admit I am the last person to ever think I wanted--much less needed--an immersion blender. My son-in-law (who does most of the cooking) wanted one for Christmas. I thought it was silly, but got it for him. Speed forward 6 months. I received the chance to try this product. I have a large stand mixer. I have a Hamilton Beach handheld mixer. I have a plain ol' manual wire whisk for the smallest jobs. Then my carpal tunnel kicked in. I pulled out the HB Immersion Blender. I've used the whisk attachment numerous times. It does in a few seconds what would take me over a minute. I love it. To be honest, I've only used the blender attachment to froth cream in my coffee and to make a mini chocolate soda. I'm not doing much baking because it's hot! Come Fall, I'll be using it for all sorts of things. Pros: Quick and easy to set up and use. Easy to clean. More convenient than hauling out the hand mixer or the big blender. Cons: It's hefty, which is also a pro because it is sturdy, but it is on the heavy side. I mention this because I'm a senior, so it's a consideration. I would recommend this to my friends and family. I would give it as a gift to a new bride or new homeowner or just someone who loves to cook and make yummy things to eat or drink. It would be great for college students--or anyone who has limited space.

A Powerful and Easy-To-Use Immersion Blender!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton Beach Kitchen Collection Immersion Blender is a game-changer in the kitchen! Its powerful motor effortlessly mixes batter to a smooth, silky consistency. The design makes it comfortable to hold and easy to maneuver. I especially love the 2 interchangeable attachments, a stainless steel blender wand and a stainless steel whisk. The 2 attachments are easy to clean with dish detergent and warm water. My first use of the immersion blender was to mix pancake batter. The blender was plenty powerful, quickly and thoroughly blending the dry pancake ingredients into the wet ingredients to a smooth consistency. I can’t wait to make some smoothies and shakes using this immersion blender.

Great Product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always wanted to get my hands on an immersion blender, and lo and behold I got one of the best! The small size packs a great punch as I used this immersion blender to make ranch, which came out super creamy! Considering the effort it took to make the ranch, it was easy to clean as well. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for an affordable, but tremendous blender.

Kitchen Collection Immersion Blender
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was provided this product for free from Hamilton Beach in exchange for my review. This is an electric, handheld, combination immersion blender and whisk, with two attachments that are interchangeable with the main unit. The wire loops on the whisk are thin and flimsy. The “low” setting is not low and starts abruptly. It would be better if the speed settings could be gradually increased, with a dial, rather than two separate low and high settings. When attempting to make a roux with flour, butter, and pan drippings for gravy, the contents splattered everywhere out of the pot. I had to stop using the whisk, electrically, and just used it as a manual whisk, instead. The handle is top-heavy, so it should not be released, because it will fall over. The hand immersion blender attachment required multiple passes to get the giblets in the gravy puréed and smooth. Pieces of the giblets got stuck in the side channels. The attachments are relatively easy to switch. They should be cleaned by hand, and extra care should be given to the small blades on the immersion blender, because food gets stuck on the underside. Overall, it is an average product.

Perfect for everyday use and apecial occasions.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this. I used it to make soup and the powerful immersion blender was able to make it completely smooth with no lumps left behind. I also used the mixer head to make pancake batter and it was quick, quiet and effective. Perfect for daily use and special occassion recipes. I would absolutely choose this over any inferior immersion blender.

Powerful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This immersion blender is very powerful. It blends up just about anything I’ve tried. I’m glad it has a whisk as well which is very nice when you don’t have a big enough job to get out the mixer with the whisk on it. It’s very easy to hold in my hand. It had a place the hand fits so it doesn’t slip. It plugs right up to the wall and had a high or low button so it’s not difficult to figure out. It is fairly quiet. The only thing I can complain about is it is very long.

Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in love with this immersion blender! I make whipped honey and before I got this immersion blender, I had been using my handheld mixer. Switching to the immersion blender makes the process so much easier and less messy. I would definitely recommend buying one for yourself. You will not be disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting an immersion blender forever now and absolutely LOVE this one!! The very first thing I did, was make was a fresh batch of salsa using garden tomatoes! I like using this much better than getting out the food processor or blender. Not to mention, less to clean up too!! I can't wait to try it with the whisk!

Fun kitchen tool!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an immersion blender years ago that was mostly plastic. It was good but cheaply made. It was ok for light work. I recently decided to get a better one and looked at Hamilton Beach because I have their hand mixer and food chopper. I made tempura veggies for dinner last night and used the immersion blender with the whisk attachment to mix the batter. At first I thought the whisk might be a little flimsy but it worked well.

Powerful yet compact device
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using the whisk attachment to make a protein dessert gave me such fluffy results! So much better than previous attempts and stirring with a spoon! All ingredients were well incorporated without any kind of grainy texture like I usually get when using protein powder and pudding mix. Very pleased with the ease of use, assembly of the attachments as well as disassembly for cleaning. If you are in the market for an immersion blender, this is a great choice!

My First Immersion Blender
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm someone who has never owned an immersion blender before, so trying out this Hamilton Beach model has been a wild and fun ride. I'm used to a giant, heavy blender, so the idea of a handheld "wand" was both exciting and a little intimidating. After a few days of use, I've learned a lot, and while it's had its messy moments, I've discovered it's a powerful and versatile kitchen tool. My first attempts resulted in food flying everywhere, but I quickly figured out a few key tricks. For the wand attachment, you absolutely need a tall and narrow container. Using mason jars stopped the splatter completely when making things like hummus and strawberry milkshakes. But the whisk attachment is the opposite of the wand. I found it works best in a wide bowl, and that helps to prevent any splatters when making things like fluffy pancake batter. Another thing is that you can't just leave it in one spot. To get rid of all the big chunks in avocado hummus or pancake batter, you have to move the blender up and down and from side to side. It really helps to smooth out the chunks. Watch for the suction effect! With thin liquids like milk, the wand can create a powerful suction that pulls it down to the bottom. I figured out you have to hold it firmly to keep it from getting stuck. Luckily, I found it works better when you blend near the top of the liquid anyway. That way you can get really frothy milk for a latte. This immersion blender is surprisingly powerful and feels quite heavy-duty. While I do have to use two hands to hold it up sometimes because I'm kind of getting up there in age, its strength is what allowed me to do something I've always wanted to try. I did that TikTok trend where you blend a whole watermelon! You just cut open a watermelon cannonball, stick the wand in to turn it into juice, then add milk, strawberries, and bananas to make a delicious drink. It's a super fun and unique use that you just can't do with a regular blender. One of the biggest wins for me is how easy it is to clean. Its easier to clean the attachments over juggling a huge blender glass. The attachments are dishwasher safe but you have to be careful to place them on the top rack and avoid using the sanitize option to prevent damage. Honestly, handwashing them is so easy that it's my preferred method anyway. Even with its weight, I wholeheartedly recommend the Hamilton Beach Immersion Blender. It's a unique and useful tool that can be used in so many creative ways. Once you get the hang of it, it's easy and so much more convenient than a traditional blender.

Blend with a Breeze!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing immersion blender!! It’s the perfect to my kitchen since as it’s taken my homemade salsa to the next level as it perfectly blends out all of the chunks. I love how slender it is, fitting just right in my cabinet, and it’s SO lightweight so I don’t even get tired having to hold it up like a full mixer. An amazing piece that’s sure to get SO much use in my kitchen.
