Easy To Use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sons bought me the PRECISION Master 5.5 Quart Stand Mixer after my Sunbeam stand mixer quit while I was making them Christmas cookies. I made the best, tastiest Italian pizzelles, wedding cookies, and chocolate chip cookies with my new mixer. It ran so smoothly and it was so much easier to get ingredients into the bowl. It really cut down on prep time, too! I keep it on my counter in my small kitchen. It’s never getting put away!

Do your research before buying Cuisinart.
It's a bad design where the attachments do not tough bottom of the bowl if you are making a small batch. To say this is an intentional design where attachments don't reach to the bottom is ridiculous. Not sure if Cuisinart have actually designed this with real non-commercial bakers in mind. The competitor, KitchenAid's bowl actually lifts up so the paddles/hook touch the bottom to reach all ingredients. Wish I've done more research before buying this. Also, now due to high usage, the dough hook's paint is coming off, of course after the warranty ran out. Finding a replacement deemed to be a difficult task.

We're sorry to hear that the Precision Master 5.5-Quart Stand Mixer has not met your expectations. The clearance between the attachment and bowl is an intentional design feature intended to help protect the integrity of both the bowl and the attachment during operation; however, for smaller batches, periodically stopping the mixer and scraping down the bowl may help ensure ingredients are fully incorporated. Please note that this mixer was designed for home baking applications, and consumers seeking higher-capacity or commercial-duty performance may wish to explore our Waring® commercial product line. Thank you for sharing your experience; your feedback has been forwarded to our team and is valuable as we continue to evaluate our products and consumer experience.

Very happy customer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mixer after many years of using a KitchenAid. I read many reviews and decided to give it a go as it was so much more affordable than KitchenAid. I have only had it for a few weeks, but so far so good. The good things I noticed is that when I am kneading bread dough, the mixer stays put and doesn’t move. Also I love that the tilt head stays down and I don’t have to use a separate lock lever. It stays locked up or down by using the head lift release lever. I bake a lot of bread so time will tell, but so far I am happy with my purchase.

Excellent mixer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never owned a stand mixer. Due to health issues I needed something different for mixing. I am so happy with how well this works. So glad I found this deal. I’ll use it all the time now. Just curious if there is a smaller bowl.

Average stand mixer
I bought this stand mixer and I do like it BUT my dough hook does NOT go to the bottom of the bowl. I cannot turn the screw for adjusting and there is too much difference to put something under the bowl plate to raise the bowl. This is very frustrating to me. I would not recommend this stand mixer.

We're sorry to hear about your frustration with the stand mixer. The dough hook is intentionally designed not to touch the bottom of the bowl, as this helps prevent damage to both the bowl and attachment; however, overfilling the bowl can affect mixing performance and proper ingredient incorporation. We recommend following the capacity guidelines in the manual and adding ingredients gradually when mixing heavier doughs. We value your feedback as it helps us improve our products and consumer experience, and we thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.

My painful hands are saved!
I've had this mixer for a while, just haven't had anything I needed to make with it. Today I made dog treats. The arthritis in my hands makes using a hand mixer a chore I dread, particularly with dough. Today I didn't have to touch anything except a spatula. I very nearly cried for joy. I bake a German chocolate cake from scratch every December for birthdays and it's always been so painful. This year I look forward to it! I should have done this a long time ago. I'm about to turn 70 and this is my first stand mixer. Just do it.

Excellent choice
My new Cuisinart stand mixer is an excellent choice. With very limited use at this time, the motor runs powerfully, smoothly and quieter than my previous one of another brand.

Changed my baking life!
I love mixing by hand or hand-mixer...until I purchased my Cuisinart Stand Mixer...it cut my prep time in half! I am going to be baking much more now. The stand mixer is easy to use and I can set it to knead my bread dough while I work on something else.

Her name is Scarlett
I recently became the proud owner of the 12 speed 5.5 Qt Stand Mixer, in the beautiful color Pinot Noir. I asked my granddaughter what we should name her and her name is Scarlett. Scarlett has made my life so much easier. My family is receiving more baked goods these days with no complaints 🤗

Average at Best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying that this product works well. As a stand mixer it has good power, A lot of variety and speed, which makes it very Customizable when baking different things. So in that aspect, it's really good. My biggest issue was the stand mixer is that is has no way to adjust the height of the paddles or bowl. The paddles (attachments) NEVER reach all the way to the bottom. I've tried the dime test to see how far off it is and the dime does not even move a millimeter. I blow on the dime and it moves but the paddles just float above it. I wish that there was an easy way to adjust the ball height or the paddle height so that the bottom of the bowl would mixed all the ingredients. I always finding myself stopping to dig the bottom out and then restart mixing again. It's nowhere in the manual but online it says you can adjust it by turn the screw in the back of the hinge, but that screw is hard to get to and to turn it just a little bit would take the strength of Hercules.

We appreciate you sharing your detailed experience with the Precision Master 5.5-Quart Stand Mixer and are glad to hear you’re pleased with its power and versatility. The paddle not reaching the very bottom of the bowl is part of the design to help prevent damage to the bowl and attachments—just be sure not to overfill the bowl to allow for more effective mixing coverage. For best results, we recommend pausing to scrape the bowl as needed and ensuring ingredients are added in proper order to improve incorporation; the rear screw adjustment can fine-tune alignment but is not always necessary for optimal performance. Thank you for your feedback—it helps us improve future models.

Ease of Use
My first time making a lemon meringue pie from scratch isn't something I wanted to be laborious. I knew that the meringue was something that needed constant whipping. This mixer had those egg whites whipped and fluffed in under 8 minutes. The pie ended up, delicious.

Loving my mixer
I ordered a Cuisinart mixer after my 20 year old KitchenAid mixer died. I decided to get a Cuisinart mixer due to the motor being stronger and able to handle heavier loads , such as bread dough. I've been very happy with the new mixer and the bonus is that it not only has a larger bowl, but that it is considerably quieter than the KitchenAid.

Love My Mixer!
I love my new Cuisinart Mixer! I have recently gone back to baking bread for my family and this mixer is perfect for kneading the dough. This mixer is so strong it can handle recipes with even 5 cups of flour, saving me lots of time and the pain of standing at the counter kneading by hand. And I appreciate the locking feature when the head is raised/lowered, my last mixer would drop down if I wasn't careful. Lastly the dial for the speed is much better than using a slide arm, and it's so quiet even at higher speeds. I highly recommend this mixer!

Great adorable mixer
So far loving the mixer and recipes that are included with the purchase. We have started making our own butter, and I have already made chocolate chip cookies, banana bread, and Leon cake with the mixer and all loved by family members so far
