I couldn't wait to try it. I read the booklet and set it up. So easy. I added my ingredients and turned it on. In 5 minutes I removed the most beautiful and soft dough I had ever felt. The dough was perfect and the pizza was amazing. I've since made buttercream icing and several cakes with equal perfection. I recently made perogy dough and I was thrilled with the effortless process. The bowl is plenty large enough and clean up is a breeze. It's a solid machine and my only regret is that I didn't have one years ago. And I love the red color. It adds even more cheer to my kitchen. I highly recommend this wonderful stand mixer.

It can, but the motor really strains to do it. We returned it during the 60 day warranty period and plan to purchase a more powerful mixer.
