My partner has wanted a kitchen aid for so many years and I have always been resistant as I had an old Bosch… after spending months researching mixers, we bit the billet and bought this one, everything is a breeze! It’s quiet! It makes great cookies, we are looking for other attachments to expand our experience. This is a phenomenal mixer for your basic baking, kitchen needs. If your wondering is your should buy it, I highly recommend you do!!

The blue velvet color is nothing like the pic. It’s an ugly grayish blue in person. The color on the box looks totally different too. The pic on the box color is way better.

I thought it would look too cluttered on my counter but it has encouraged me to declutter and make my new mix master a feature. It is a dusty blue colour that has become the new accent colour in my kitchen! I love it. It works well and is a great improvement from a portable mixer that was loud and clumsy.

It starts sounding like it is going to die if I go past speed 4. The attachments feel cheap and nothing like the old version I had for 10 years.

I’m still getting used to it, and have only used it a handful of times, but it makes mixing batters and dough so quick and easy. Cleanup is a breeze too. I should have bought myself this years ago!

Using only a hand mixer for many years, my arm’s finally grew too tired. Particularly during our annual Christmas family tradition of baking pizzelles, usually 60-72 dozen for family and friends! I wrestled with spending the money for a Kitchen Aid, but after the last pizzelle day I finally decided to purchase one and was happy to get one on sale! So happy with the physical ease during the recipe process and the pop of color (blue) in my kitchen makes me smile!I admit I was a bit intimidated at the thought of using it but quickly learned it is really only a few easy steps and easy to attach the bowl and blade choice. Clean up is also easy. Storage is a bit of a pain, since I only like a few things on my counters, but with a bit of arranging I put my new mixer in my appliance garage while not in use and moved my coffee machine to another location. Bought a pad to assist with pulling mixer out of storage for use, so easy! YES, SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT IT YEARS AGO!

I contacted the manufacturer and they issued a new one, haven’t had the opportunity to test this one yet but I wanted to give a thumbs up to the customer service team.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say that I expected better. I’ve had my old mixer for over 16 years and I didn’t get it new, and this new one really isn’t much better. The only thing that makes my new one better is that it runs; my old one died. I was disappointed to see my paddle is coated in the white layer again which started chipping off after the first use, and when Inturn it o to the stir setting it sounds like an old car about to die. The motor is very sluggish; it struggles to knead dough for a loaf of bread. Seriously, why isn’t better than the one that was almost 20 years old????
