    Design flaw creates a very messy and wet experience

    Major design flaw. I'm actually surprised no one else has left this review. The machine creates major condensation when brewing, which is normal, however the machine's lid opening to the left means every time you open and close it, it splashes a LOT of water everywhere - in and out of the machine. I find myself spending more time cleaning up this mess than it takes actually brewing the coffee. I'm surprised this made it passed their quality control to be honest.

To remedy this issue, check if there is no physical damage on its cord and if there's none, try unplugging the coffee brewer. Let the unit rest for 3-5 minutes. Then, plug it into a different wall outlet. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips, power converters, or inverters as it may affect the coffee maker's performance. Also, make sure that all parts and accessories are properly inserted. Otherwise, it might cause the product not to work properly. Your coffee maker has a 1-year limited warranty.     Wrong iyem sent

    You sent me the wrong item I ordered a 4 hour Shut off Mr coffee you sent me a 2. I can still use it but that's not what I ordered and I don't want the hazzle of returning it this time if year

    A bit shabby. The box states there is a basket filter included. When I opened the box, the enclosed directions states that not all models come with the basket - which is necessary to make coffee.
