Q: Is the auto shut off 2 or 4 hours? I've seen both in the answers.
A: The coffee maker description on line said it had a 4 hour shutoff but the box said 2 hours. The clerk at the pickup desk confirmed that I had the coffee maker I ordered, so I returned it.

submitted byPhoenixx - 1 month agoA: You have had this false advertising online for over a year. This pot has a 2 HOUR SHUT-OFF, but is advertised as a 4 HOUR SHUT-OFF. The difference is critical for my needs and use. RIDICULOUS!

Q: Where is the strong brew button located? Unable to see it in pictures.
A: The exact model but with the Strong button feature is available at Best Buy for $40. I just bought it on sale.

Q: can I make only 1 cup coffee at a time never make more then 1 cup
A: Invest in a smaller coffee maker for 1 cup of coffee. There are all types: 4 cup drip, pour over (my favorite), french press and others. If you only need one cup of coffee, the smaller the better

Q: why does it say a "washable reusable" coffee filter in description but specs say "paper filter"? I just bought this and it has no gold filter?
A: Wait, what?? Your description literally says "Includes a dishwasher-safe, reusable coffee filter" and now you say it is purchased separately? Please update your incorrect description.
