Liked the features of this one, but the one I need to work the most (the keep warm) doesn’t. Pot turns off some days after less than an hour, sometimes stays on just fine. Must have gotten a defective one, and unfortunately waited until after the return window.

Setting the coffee maker up is super easy too and the instructions are easy to follow. It is also very easy to use. It is a 12 cup coffee maker so it makes quite a bit which is nice! You can make hot or iced coffee too which is really nice! There are markings on the coffee maker too, so you know where to fill the water to. You get accurate amounts of coffee this way. There are 4 different settings to choose from. You can choose from bold, iced coffee, regular coffee and there is an option to choose from 1-4 cups. It is just versatile which I like. There is an option for everyone! I highly recommend this coffee maker!!

I especially like how the warm plate does not stay running and burn the coffee. My favorite feature is the automatic timer so I can have fresh coffee with no trouble in the morning. The only thing I don't like about it is it can be hard to pour the water into the reservoir without spilling.

Honestly I like having the option to make either hot or cold because I don't drink hot coffee in the afternoon, but now I can drink cold cofee like those cold Frappuccinos that Starbucks makes. I love the fact that the pot has a piece near the spout so when you are pouring it wont over pour and make a mess everywhere. It has a large place to put the coffee with a cone shaped filter area. Definitely brews fast which is a huge plus! Highly recommend.

My 7 year old neice makes coffee with it all the time, which is an absolute win for me! Its easy to clean as well. It looks very nice on my countertop. With its black and stainless look, it would be nice in anyones kitchen. At night I program the pot to make coffee 10 mins before I get up. Its so nice to wake up to coffee all ready to go. It makes an excellent cup of coffee!
