Was great till it wasn't
Used for about six months and was great. Now it’s stuck in the clean mode, like many others said, even after cleaning. It is too late to return, so I rebought a new one and returned old one in new box and told customer service it doesn’t work so they don’t reshelve it. If that’s the game they want to play, then game on lol. We’ll see how long this new one lasts.

Not Worth It
For the cost, this coffee maker is horrible. It is messy & it is hard to get the coffee pot out. It drips coffee everywhere. And I don’t know if it’s just me, but the coffee tastes weird. Disappointing. It is obviously just for aesthetic looks.

The coffee pot began malfunctioning 7 months after the purchase. I have reached out to Target customer service and was referred to Haden in order to utilize the “warranty”, which allegedly was for 1 year. Haden was not helpful and did not honor the warranty. Will not purchase this brand again. Which is a shame, it was a very attractive coffee maker but of poor quality and worse customer service.

Even after completing the descaling process, the machine can get stuck in “clean” mode with no clear reset. While the design is attractive, the electronics and cleaning system could be more dependable.

After like 4 months now the coffee pot started flashing the clean cycle, we have done absolutely everything to try and get it to go away and it's been stuck for days now. I guess we will have to buy a new pot but it's really disappointing that an $80 coffee pot is having an issue like that.

Save your money - not worth the buy
Stopped working after 2 months. Got a notification that it needed to be cleaned. Followed the directions to clean. Unplugged it for 24 hours and I cannot get it to get out of the “clean” cycle. Otherwise useless now. Read online it’s a bad sensor but not anyway to replace the sensor. Super disappointed in this product.

I’m glad I bought this on sale, because there is no way at all it is worth the full price. Everytime you take the pot out to pour some, coffee gets everywhere because for some reason it was designed with weird silicone flaps up where it drips into the pot. It’s a horrible horrible mess to clean up.
