I received this as a gift two months ago and I love the Iced Coffee function. There in lies the problem however. I suspect there was some kind if issue with thermal shock causing the pot to crack. We handled the pot carefully enough so I don't think its anything I did but its always possible I am mistaken. Otherwise its a basic coffee maker and does its job great. No other comments.

I also absolutely adore the fact that I can do a pot of cold brew if I'm not feeling hot coffee and it's not watered down or gross. It's especially nice with the warm weather!! It's easy to use, and the coffee tastes great and rich. I love the compact design and the fact that it's easy to clean. For the price, it's a fantastic value! If you're looking for a versatile and affordable coffee maker, I'd definitely suggest giving this one a try! * Not the company's fault probably not handled carefully in shipping but my glass pot did come broken so I had to purchase a new pot unfortunately BUT I still love it regardless lol.

A must have coffee maker!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this coffee maker! I’m not a huge coffee fan but when I do drink coffee sometimes I like a cold brew. Which with prices lately it’s difficult to get one. I love that this has a function to where you can not only do hot coffee but cold coffee too! It actually retains its flavor with cold brew and doesn’t get watered down. I also love that it has a function where you can pause the coffee flow to get a cup if you can’t wait til it fully brews. This coffee maker is a must have if you don’t want to pay those high prices!

I used my favorite coffee blend to make iced coffee, and the results were amazing—smooth, rich, and perfectly chilled without losing any flavor. The Split Brew feature is a game changer. It lets me brew just the right amount for a single cup or a full pot depending on my mood or the occasion. I especially appreciate how customizable the brewing process is—it really brings out the full flavor of my beans. The iced coffee option was what sold me, and it did not disappoint. My coffee came out just as good as anything I’ve bought at a café, if not better. Cleaning is a breeze too, which is a huge plus in my book. I don’t brew large batch coffee daily as the only coffee drinker in the house so I am happy this is fairly small and easy to store until my next houseguests! However since this brews iced coffee too I think I might find myself using this more often and storing leftovers in the fridge so it is ready for a nice afternoon treat!
