Disappointed with Brand/Return policy.
I bought this coffee maker in December and it broke in May. Didn't even last 6 months. On off button doesn't work anymore and coffee pot stays on and burns the empty pot. Still makes coffee but never turns off even when you turn the button off. I thought this was a trusted brand. I guess I was wrong. My time to return or exchange has run out (90 days). Should be a year. Not happy at all.

No automatic shut off!!! If I had known I wouldn’t have bought it. I thought that was a standard feature on all coffee pots to shut off after an hour or so. Very dangerous. It works great but I wish it had the automatic shut off.
