I keep breaking glass coffee pots so I purchased this one. I am vey happy with how convenient the purchase was (on Amazon). Purchased at 5pm and order was delivered before I woke up the next morning. I just cleaned it and brewed my first pot of coffee and it's delicious! My only complaint is that there is no beep/sound to let me know when it is finished brewing.

This is a replacement for our old Black/Decker Coffee Pot. The old lasted for over 15 years with no problems. So far it does a good job but I don't see any value in the 120 minute timer as the old one did not have it. Also the clock is not backlit like the old one. I like the It is very easy to use and I really like the 12 cup stainless steel thermal carafe. I hope it will be a very good coffee pot like our old one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought it. We have always had the simplest and least expensive drip coffee makers out there. This one much better. It saves energy as it does not have a hot plate but a thermos style carafe. It holds the heat hot enough for coffee drinkers for about 1.5 hours. We like it since it seems to be a cut above the basic models. Hopefully it lasts!

Just used for the 1st time. Seems very good. Setting delayed brewing was easy, straight forward. Manual will written. Complaint: putting the very small print model number on the bottom is a awkward but the worst part is the number is black plastic, part of the bottom and it's incredibly difficult to discern the model number! Had to take pics and enlarge. Also, putting the date code on a prong of the plug? Hmmm. Seems strange. Had to unplug, lost settings. Luckily easy to reprogram.

Tried the new coffee maker out tonight and I enjoyed my first cup of Jamaican blend. It was brewed at a great temperature and the carafe keeps the coffee hot.

I have had a similar model before and loved it. Our coffee was always hot whether it was the 1st cup or the last. I am so happy to have a new model of our old coffee maker. Others just don't compare.

After owning another highly rated brand coffeemaker for only two years, it died during a routine cleaning. I tried everything to get it to work. So, I decided to seek out other options. Last year I bought my mother-in-law a Black and Decker coffeemaker, so I thought why not try one myself? Lo and behold this coffeemaker is more efficient than the higher priced competitor! I followed the instructions and the result was hot perfectly brewed coffee, with a fresh taste. I love the way the basket for the coffee is round instead of oval, and I can easily see how much water I have poured into the coffeemaker. Remarkably, I was able to pour a second cup over an hour and a half later and it was still steaming hot! I have always had to use a microwave in order to get a hot second cup of coffee. I highly endorse this coffeemaker!

I have had many similar Coffemakers, but this one takes almost twice as long to brew than the others. Also I need to use add more ground coffee to make the same strength that I do in the others

Bought this coffee maker after our last one died after many years of service. No regrets. Price was right. Features are perfect. I have no problem with pour spout despite other review comments. The pot is not heavy. The two-hour hot time is perfect for me. At the price I paid, I can't go wrong. Did not receive free product.

This coffeemaker is amazing. I use an appliance slide to slide it to the edge of the countertop to prepare my coffee and slide it back to the back of the countertop to brew. It seals so well that no steam escapes protecting my cabinets. The thermal pot keeps the coffee hot for hours. Gave this to my son for Christmas. He is really enjoying it.

We needed a larger brewer. This 12 cup is a good size, not too large. Smaller footprint. Good looking. Of course it makes delicious coffee. I choose to warm the thermal carafe before brewing. I then pour the hot water into a container and use it to make the next pot! We only need 7 cups for a few large mugs and use the strong setting. Versatile brewer!
