Makes a great cup of coffee but the clock is not keeping time accurately. I’ve reset it several times and it jumps hours. Tried unplugging it and it just won’t fix it.

We want to help you set the clock on your new coffee maker. To begin, press the Hour/Min button to enter clock setting mode—the default time of "12:00AM" will appear when the unit is first plugged in. Use the left and right arrow buttons to set the hour, then press the Hour/Min button again to switch to minute programming. Adjust the minutes using the same arrow buttons. Once the hour and minutes are set, press the Hour/Min button once more to select AM or PM. After selecting the appropriate time of day, press Hour/Min again to confirm your selection. When you fill with water there is no marking inside the steel pot. So, there is a chance for over fills and under fill. The lip of the pot needs redesigned. This is one of very few product mistakes, which I have been buying G/E for years. This is the first time that I am ashamed to say "let the buyer beware.

Love the idea of using a 1 cup vs full pot capacity. Ease of use. I always get the steel carafe since I brew and have some of the coffee 4 hours before my husband gets to have his share of the remaining coffee.

This is my second GE Drip Coffee Maker. I ordered it the second time because I really like the coffee maker. I am sure I will like and enjoy this one. I have not used it yet as I am just now setting it up.

There’s no sense in buying a thermal carafe when the coffee isn’t even hot. It is lukewarm at best. Also, the carafe is designed so that it’s nearly impossible to pour the coffee. You have to literally turn the entire car upside down to empty all the contents.

The controls are easy and work well. The Bold Brew feature gives a good cup of strong coffee. But trying to pour the water into the coffee maker is very difficult. The carafe itself has a bad pour spout, you have to turn the carafe practically upside down to get all the liquid out. The area where you pour the coffee is very small. The lid is very difficult to fasten and if not on tight, the it comes off during pouring and the hot coffee spills everywhere. I think this model needs to go back to the drawing board.

The large capacity is great for when all my adult children come to visit. The single cup feature is great when I'm alone. The addition of the filtration systems make me feel an added sense of security. It's so easy to clean!

I love the look of this machine and coffee flavor it produces. However, it's noisier than expected. I've also had problems with coffee grounds bubbling over and spilling into the pot while brewing. Other than that, I'm very pleased with the machine.
