After about a year of light use, the thermal lining inside the pot is coming loose. I may as well throw it out after having consumed some of that lining without knowing. The warranty has expired, nobody cares - nor Melitta or Wabilogic. I loved this product, so easy to use and convenient, but all that is irrelevant if it already useless after a year. And it's not a cheap product! I may have to go back to a simple glass pot with stewed coffee. Very disappointing!

So many quality features are included in this product. It brews great coffee, keeps it hot all day without burning thanks to the thermal carafe. The only complaint I could make is that it is extremely difficult to get the last few ounces out of the carafe. The trade off is that the rest of the pot is ridiculously delicious for the product’s price point. Would recommend for anyone looking to replace their current drip model.

It is programmable so everyone can have coffee whenever they want just set it and it will make it. The carafe keeps the coffee nice and hot. You can even go back and have coffee over an hour later and it will still be warm. It makes up to 8 cups which is perfect for sharing and when you have guests. Or if you’re like me and just have a big family who all love coffee. This looks stunning on your counter and is totally display worthy. This would also make a great gift for someone. If you know a coffee lover they would definitely appreciate all the features in this particular coffee maker. The stainless design makes such a statement. Plus it just makes a great cup of coffee.

The programmable function comes in handy for those early risers, like myself, who want their coffee ready first thing in the morning. Even if it takes me a little longer to get that first cup, I know it’ll be hot because the insulated carafe keeps it hot for me. The touch screen is easy to understand and you can easily adjust the amount of coffee, strength, and time of brewing. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a coffee machine!

Our old coffeemaker at work had gotten to where as soon as you turned it in, you were overwhelmed with the horrible burnt coffee smell. I replaced it with this Melitta 8 cup maker and all is well within the world of coffee again. I can leave it on all day and the coffee is always gone before it starts to get past the point of drinkable. Everyone is happy and now that we've figured out all the bells and whistles, I know I made the correct call. The features are perfect, simple to use but not overwhelming or complicated. The only time we haven't walked into an office smelling delectable now is when we had a power failure. This coffeemaker is no miss and perfect for a small office or a home with all day coffee drinkers. Worth every penny!

It is also difficult to pour the water from the carafe into the coffee maker itself. There is a lip around the edge of the carafe that makes it difficult to get all of the water out. Also the water measurement, is more than the carafe holds, which I feel is incorrect. It I. My opinion, is not worth the price. I do like the ease of the touchpad though.

It's sleek and attractive, the glass touch panel is very responsive, and the stainless steel matches my other appliances and is easy to clean. The only downside I can see is that it's hard to be precise if using the carafe for water. It spills and is hard to pour into the reservoir and there is no way to measure the amount of water in the pot. The other downside is it's not dishwasher safe, which is super important to me for convenience. Not deal breakers, but enough for me to reduce it by one star.

It brews a great cup of warm coffee fairly quickly as well and there are buttons you can use to customize how you want your coffee. It is very straightforward to use and I did not need to reference the directions prior to setting it up! The only thing I wish this coffee maker had was a screen included with the clock that shows how I am customizing the coffee. Overall, great product and I recommend.

Love that it stays warms for a few hours after being off - unlike traditional coffee machines. Being able to set the strength of your brew is a huge plus too. Highly recommend!
