It broke within a week of having it. The basket spring. Target would not refund my order.

No iced coffee option. The title of the product says “brews iced coffee” but there is not option or instructions on how to do so. This was one of the main reasons I picked this coffee maker, and it can’t even do it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Melitta touch screen coffee pot on a whim. Our old coffee pot had a lot of scale buildup and residue all over and inside the coffee pot. No help for it. Got this one instead. It's a normal 10 cup 2 hour shut-off drip system. I love coffee and now I'm glad I'm able to preset everything the night before and have it programmed to start automatically! Nice touch screen, don't have to worry about sticking buttons. Must use cone filters

I was disappointed in the clock setting it works in military time so 24 hour setting instead of 12. Like really? My daughter worked in the ER so she always referred to military time ( not hard to figure out) but who wants to on the coffee maker? I mean great as an option, but not your only option. 24 hour time set easy enough to do, now you can set your timer to make coffee for you. With 2 hour auto shut off ( a must ) one less thing to worry about. I love my glass pots.. yes hate anything else, I like seeing how much is in my pot. The craft or pot pours easy no spills I like that. The lid lifts up you put in your grinds no swivel, mah.. don't matter to me either way. Maker comes with a nice little scoop. You can pick your strength of coffee regular or bold brew. 10 cup brew... nice it's in between a small 5 cup and a Large 12 cup. You can pour a cup while brewing still, yes it's a MUST! Who has time on some mornings to wait for a whole pot? It's a nice coffee maker. It works as it should don't scorch your brew.... some cheap brands scorch your beans making the taste different. So it's a nice medium with this drip pot coffee maker. All said and done it's pretty good.

I have been looking for a coffee machine that brews quickly, but doesn’t lose the quality of the coffee. I am happy to report that this machine has exceeded all of my expectations. I am blow away by how fast it brews coffee. Not only is it super easy to us, but clean-up is a breeze. I love the option to program the machine to brew a fresh pot of coffee in the morning so that it is ready to go when I wake up. I appreciate that I can program the strength and brewing temperature. There is nothing better than waking up to the smell of coffee and a freshly brewed pot of coffee in the morning. This coffee machine keeps the coffee hot for up to 2 hours. It features a keep warm function so I never have to microwave my coffee anymore. This machine is extremely quiet. I highly recommend this product because it works so well and because it will not disappoint.

I could survive without coffee everyday. This keeps the coffee hotter longer, so when I set up the timer (which I LOVE) i can choose to sleep in a little bit longer and still have piping hot coffee! The design is beautiful and fits in with my kitchen well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker replaced a janky old single serving coffee maker that was on its last legs months ago. And what a fantastic upgrade this was. It looks so sleek and fancy with the black and stainless steel. I haven't figured out all the bells and whistles of it yet, but so far I am loving it. It is quiet while brewing and is much less hassle to me. It does take cone filters and not the coffee filters most people think of when they think of coffee filters, so people should be aware of that. They did provide 4 or so of them in the box to get you started and I thought that was a helpful move. I am beyond happy with this coffee maker and definitely recommend it.

Yes, the carafe is very light but that helps my elderly mom who has arthritis and is limited to what she can lift. We like fresh coffee so we only make 1/2 pot at a time and then make more if needed. This was trial and error, putting in just the right amount of coffee to make it to our taste. Works well for us.

I love that this maker is programmable so you can set a time for your coffee to be brewed. It automatically shuts off after 2 hours which is nice because I forget to turn mine off sometimes. This maker needs a cone shaped filter, but the coffee still taste great. My favorite part to this coffee maker is the pause and serve. Sometimes I pause the brew just to get a cup and then start it again to finish the brew. It's amazing.

It saves money vs using single serve Kureig pods because bagged coffee is usually cheaper. It's also way more convenient if multiple people want coffee anyway. Easy to set up and use! I like how the carafe is glass so that you can easily see how much coffee is left.
