Love it--should have bought it sooner!
I love how the coffee brew quickly because the water is already hot. And also the coffee stays hot for quite awhile in the thermal carafe—doesn’t have the slightly burnt flavor from sitting on a hot plate like regular makers.

Dead bunn
It stopped working a year later!!!!! Water is stuck. It had been releasing water slowly, but finally quit. I’ve cleaned it but it didn’t help.

Best hands down
I love how quick and hot it brews! I noticed people say it takes time to heat up??? Dont turn it off! When you put the lid down thats starts the brewing process, i have never turned it off since theres no burner to heat up why turn it off❤️

Not worth the cost.
I’m not crazy about this over priced coffee maker. I was looking for a coffee maker that makes hot coffee quickly. It’s a closed system so hard to clean. You have to warm up water before brewing so it’s not as quick as they let on to brew the coffee. My other coffee maker was under 100 and worked much better.

Not as straight forward as I thought, bit does a good job.
You have to turn on the machine and leave the lid open u til it fully heats up. Then, close the lid and the water begins to drip. DO NOT IMMEDIATELY CLOSE THE LID OR YOU WILL GET COLD, LOGHTLY BROWN WATER THAT BARELY RESEMBLES COFFEE! But if you do it right and read the instructions, it works great. Had to go through a couple of pots and read the instructions to get it right. Did I mention that you have to read the instructions,. because read the instructions.

Quikest Coffee!
4 minute brew, delicious coffee. No timers to set, no warming plate to get dirty. Stays warm In the insulated carafe. By the time I pour the cream in the frother and set out cups, it's ready to pour. Definitely worth the price! Great quality.

It smells and it leaks - worthless!
I agree with the other reviewers, the acrid melting plastic smell emanating from this coffee maker is revolting. I bought this coffee maker because my mom had a similar one for years and it was so convenient and lasted a long time. We own a coffee shop and regularly use Bunn commerical brewers in our business. Unlike my husband, I am not a coffee snob and just wanted a simple, reliable coffee maker to grab a few cups throughout the morning. This one is a flimsy, cheap, distant shadow of older machines. Even the "stainless" parts are flimsy plastic. It leaks coffee from somewhere when brewing, I have no clue from where, but there is always some under the carafe. In an effort to cut down on the smell, I turn it off when not in use, but that makes it worthless. here is no indicator light to show when the water in the tank is fully heated, so you just have to guess that the water is ready. So, now it doesn't brew quickly, it smells, and it leaks - I am now trying to figure out how to divest myself of this mess without being totally out $150.
One star is because no stars was not an option and the carafe does keep the coffee warmish.

It literally stinks. For real.
I am a Bunn fan- my last brewer lasted over ten years and I was excited to try this new thermal option. At the beginning of the COVID quarantine, my old machine began leaking (not a complaint- I more than got my moneys worth from that machine) and I immediately looked at new Bunn models, to the exclusion of all other brands because my prior experiences had been so positive.
I was immediately disappointed in the quality of the plastic casing- it is not hard and solid- it's pliable and cheap. The thermal pot has to brew with the lid off and without a hot plate beneath, does not hold temperature. It's much more complex than my old machine.
Finally, for a few days after first plugging in and using the machine, I was convinced one of my pets left something somewhere in my kitchen or that we had a dead rodent in the wall. The stench that radiates from the warm plastic is THAT offensive. I was hoping it would dissipate, but over two weeks later it is as strong as ever. I plan to return this product as soon as stores are accepting returns again and will be poring over reviews of the regular current Bunn models to decide if I will buy another Bunn machine.

Best everyday coffee maker out there!
I love this coffee maker! My aunt & uncle owned a Bunn coffee maker over 30 years ago - they drank coffee all day and liked the fact that it kept the water warm and ready for when they brewed it. When I got married 25 years ago, I invested in one as well, and we loved it for many, many years until something happened to it (power surge from lightning or something). I replaced it with a small coffee maker for added counter space (that old Bunn took up a lot of space). I have lost track of how many coffee makers I've been through, including using an old Pyrex glass stove-top percolator, which I liked, but is hard to find replacement parts for. I decided on this Bunn coffee maker for two main reasons: it's got a much smaller footprint than prior models, and I liked the idea of an insulated carafe rather than a glass pot/warming plate. It says it keeps the coffee hot for at least 2 hours - I can tell you it keeps it hot for at least 4 hours, and after 12 hours it's still warm. I love that after a few hours, I can pour another cup and the coffee is not burnt-tasting. I was a little concerned that the 10-cups wouldn't be enough for the 2 mugs each that my husband and I drink every morning, but it's actually the perfect amount with very little waste. Brewing 1/2 a pot is easy for days when it's just me drinking coffee. I even use it to make hot water whenever I need it (tea brewing, hot water to pour over the dog food for making gravy, hot water for making sugar syrup for hummingbirds and honeybees, etc.) As others have said, please read and follow instructions for initial use - the reservoir requires that you fill it up before plugging it in, and make sure you turn it off and empty it if you're not going to use it for several days (this coffee maker is not designed for occasional use - it's for every day use).

Love me some Bunn...s
I call this a Coffee Machine vs a Coffee Maker! I may or may not be in love with said machine. Read Read Read the manual before use, it requires priming the water pump before you plug it in!

Elegantly Simple
Great coffee maker! Super simple, nothing to program, no goofy electronics to crap out, just makes excellent coffee in a fraction of the time of other coffee makers. The stainless steel carafe keeps the coffee good and hot for a couple of hours.
It says it’s “assembled” in the U.S. from both domestic & imported parts. The carafe says Made in China, but I’ll take that over the whole thing coming from China.

Holds the heat for an hour or so. But better than burnt coffee from the warmer. Good at brewing small pots of 3-4 cups.

A definite 5 star coffee maker
Best coffee pot I have ever had in my years of trying them all. This coffee pot was my brothers
recommendation. He was totally right. You can't go wrong. Best all around for using, looks and
quality. Sometimes paying a little more goes a long way.
