The ease of being able to prepare the night before and “just pour it” in the morning is fantastic. The brewing took a bit to get used to, how much to fill, etc. We have it down now and are very happy with the unit overall. Great look and finish as well.

The gold level brewing system truly shows in the final cup - the flavor is Rich, balanced, and consistently delicious. The machine extracts the coffee perfectly every time, bringing out smooth notes without bitterness. The design feels premium, the controls are intuitive and the performance is reliable enough to use in a busy environment 

Beautiful machine. It’s my second one coffee is great. I love that Alexa can turn it on. Now my last one only lasted for two years that’s why I decided to get the techno worm mocha master because it had a five year warranty, but the coffee didn’t compare to the café appliance so I opted to get another one and hope maybe I can go beyond two years.

With Bluetooth technology, I can start my pot right from my phone! The machine overall is QUIET, which is amazing for making a morning coffee when everyone is sleeping. The carafe size is perfect for 2-4 people. I also really enjoy you can choose to make a gold standard pot of coffee. Overall, an amazing machine that is definitely worth adding to your kitchen or coffee bar 😍

Setting up the machine was easy and it looks beautiful in my kitchen. The quality is great and seems like it will last me a long time. I love the fact that I am able to connect the machine to an app on my phone and brew at my own convenience. I used my own beans and the coffee came out delicious! Definitely a machine worth buying to elevate the look of your kitchen while getting deliciously made coffee!

It’s visually appealing and I really love that it is Wi-Fi connected and I can control it from the app. The coffee we’ve made is pretty average, nothing amazing but not horrible. We’ve only used it on the “gold” setting since the machine suggests that for the best brew. We’ve only been using it with paper filters because the reusable filter seems like a nice option but something that will be annoying to clean. Other than that the carafe has been easy to clean and I appreciate that it comes with a water filter for the tank. My main issue with this machine is that the hot plate doesn’t have a way to turn it back on. Sometimes my husband will make coffee and then not drink it for hours later. Turns out the warming plate automatically turns off after 2 hours and there’s no way to just turn that on (compared to another coffee machine we have that has a warm function).

I love the ease and flexibility of this drip coffee maker I can still enjoy iced coffee without having a separate machine. The hot plate stays hot for 2 hours and keeps my carafe warm until I’m ready for my next cup. I love how easy it is to brew coffee from my phone thanks to the smartHQ app. I’m not able to enjoy so much more coffee without feeling wasteful.

And I always resort back to normal drip coffee maker. Love the design and quality of this Cafe coffee maker. Fits our kitchen decor well. I also love the dishwasher safe carafe for cleaning like once per week. We do sometimes use the custom precision brew dial to modify the taste a fuzz on our morning brew. Overall awesome product and will be staying in my kitchen for some time!

It fits in with modern appliances perfectly. It feels high quality and has a little bit of weight to it. It comes with instruction manuals on how to get started, set up, maintain and clean. There’s also a QR code you can scan for their app. Now, operating this thing is on a whole new level. I’m used to the old coffee makers with on and off switch and that’s it. This is a whole new high tech smart coffee maker. That’s why it comes with the higher price tag. First of all, you can set up this machine to any temp you want, any boldness you desire, and if you want this coffee to start brewing at a certain time automatically. It’s so cool! The most interesting thing is that you can pair this maker with your phone and set your coffee maker up and have it do pretty much anything you want! I have mine set up up brew exactly 4 cups at 200 degree at 6 am with a medium boldness. How cool is that? I really think this is just the neatest coffee maker. The only thing that may be a negative is if you are not too tech savvy, it may be harder for you to set this up. This is a smart coffee maker. Other than that, no complaints!

All the brew options are amazing for customizing what you want in a cup of hot or iced coffee. I wish there was a place to hang the scoop that came with it. I love being able to set the timer to brew and my coffee being ready when I get up.

Easy to clean and use with the simple button functions as well as the pot that it comes with, a simple rinse is more than enough to wash out the glass pot completely.

It appears/feels sturdy while not being to heavy to carry or too flimsy that it'll break. The second most important thing I should mention is the temperature feature. As soon as I received the machine, I made a cup of coffee with the temperature setting at 200 degrees. Then of course, since that one tasted so good. I made another cup using the "light" setting and that was even more to my liking. Needless to say, I've been doing that for the better part of a week and its been delightful. The cleaning/maintenance is a breeze. The little feature on your phone that tells you its ready is also a nice touch. The coffee is made quickly, especially if you're only making coffee for 1 person.

The things I like: the ability to switch power cable positions, the option to use a reusable filter or disposable filter, the charcoal water filter in the tank, the carafe design being easy to clean, and the quick start manual. The things I didn't like: the cups selection isn't totally accurate (see picture for a two cup brew) and it feels a bit cheap/plasticky in areas. Overall though, I do like this coffee maker.

First I opened a box, I knew the color that I choose would match my kitchen counter and I am glad it did. It has a nice glass carafe with gold handle. It came with a paper filter if you prefer, and it is size 4 regular filter. I can choose intensity and the amount of cups of coffee that I would like to brew by just clicking the button and using a dial. I can choose the intensity and temperature, and the amount of coffee just using my fingertips. Very simple and straightforward design. I like the carbon filter in the water tank which can enhance the water quality for my coffee. I used the “Gold” feature of the mode, and my coffee tastes great. Also I downloaded SmartHQ app to utilize more features and it is fantastic so far. I can set delay brew which I think the best feature of the machine. Imagine your coffee is ready for you right after you wake up, isn’t it great? In addition, there is a warming plate where the carafe seats, so my coffee is always warm. Cleaning the parts is also pretty simple. I personally prefer to use a paper filter, so I just toss and rinse with water for the filter cage. Overall, very nice and convenient machine for my drip coffee routine. Compact enough to always have it on your counter top, and gives you everyday joy for sure.
