Q: When the carafe goes off can you turn it back on to warming if you don’t drink the pot in 2 hours?

A: I own this machine and have wanted to do the same thing but have not been able to find how to do this. There is no “keep warm” on this machine like the manufacturer stated below.

This unit has a 90 day return window. Mine began malfunctioning at day 100. It only tells you it needs to be cleaned as your pot is brewing and the unit shuts down. So I am having to write “clean coffeemaker” on a calendar to do it before another late coffee morning. The Keurig part has begun to leak, stop up or overflow. I have only used about 30 pods in it.

Well, shoot. This coffee maker didn't make it 80 days. It can only draw in a few ounces of water from the reservoir before it says to add more water, even though there's plenty in the tank. I am a fan of the flex brew - I bought my last one in the pandemic and it survived my heavy output. Not here! I'm running to the return aisle because I have to have coffee. Too bad. Customer service for Hamilton Beach is pretty lacking as well.

Our coffee maker died just as family arrived. I went to target app and found this one. We absolutely LOVE it!! It is so fast, does numerous different ounces and it does a whole 12 cup pot!! We've made single serve cups and have made pots in it. So happy I found this one!!

Let me start by saying that I RARELY leave reviews. Most often they are negative because nobody takes the time to leave good ones. After about 1 month of use, the singel serve option in the front began leaking, spewing out everywhere as if the water could not drain down in to the cup or it was overflowing from pouring too fast. I thought it was operator error and the lid wasn't properly closed. It's been roughly 3 months and I could not be more dissapointed. The carafe part works perfect, make the coffee quickly and as descirbed. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

We have had this pot a few months now and usually made coffee with just the carafe. That worked great. The single serve that you fill yourself worked fine also. But, completely fails if you put an actual kcup in it. Explodes sometimes, which mashed a huge mess.. Sometimes just brews and spews water, and needle always says it's clogged. 119 dollar coffee pot, I expect it all to work perfectly. I could've just bought a 20 dollar pot and separate mini Keurig for probably less. Waste of money.

Out of the box, the single serve option would not work. Every brew we tried just goes to the carafe. Tried to troubleshoot and nothing worked. Stay away.

I actually really like this coffee maker, but it stopped working after five months. My last Hamilton Beach coffee maker lasted around five years at least! I tried cleaning, but it kept clicking off, and when I would push the buttons, it would blink at me or say I needed to add water when the reservoir was already full. I also wish there was a way to turn it back on for warming if the pot is not finished after two hours. One of the messages from the manufacturer said there was a “keep warm” feature, but I did not find this to be true.

I get a mouthful of grounds with every cup. The pods actually are exploded from the sides. I used many different K-pod brands to rule out that being the mailfunction. Now I only get a 1/4 cup of hot water before it shuts off giving a "clean needle" error. I've cleaned the machine as instructed many many times and still get the error. I guess when there are coffee grounds in every cup it makes it harder to keep the needle from getting clogged. Needless to say, I'm shopping for a new single brew maker and calling this a loss. As I read more reviews I'm finding overall the same complaints.

I had to give this a one star to submit review but I would give it zero. This machine is terrible, sounded wonky out the gate, within purchasing of 2 months, it stopped working. Only brewed water. I tried cleaning all needles and cleaning the machine as advised and nothing helped. Luckily I can return this product. Don't buy this!

This is exactly what I was looking for. After having TWO Keurig machines go caput in the same week, I needed something that was more versatile. This brewer makes excellent single brew and a full pot. My husband was impressed with how hot it brews, since the Keurig brewers never got hot enough for him. Brewing time is quick, no matter what setting. I appreciate the way the water tank can be repositioned in either side or in the back. I did end up buying a reusable filter for the carafe, since I didn't realize one was not included. I appreciate the reusable filter for the single serve brewing and the adapter for k-cups. The reusable single filter seems to be easy to clean, but it is bulky, and difficult to empty, since you can only fill it about half way. The machine does stay on for quite a while to keep my carafe warm, so that's a plus. Overall, I am happy with this brewer and I hope it last me awhile.
