Its a nice durable metal thats easy to move around and clean. We love it and can't wait to make so many more yummy drinks.

The coffeemaker is lightweight but high quality. I have not had any issues or concerns in understanding the instructions and I am loving my morning hot coffee ever since I got it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Flexbrew Advance 5-in-1 Coffee Maker is awesome! I love how easy it is to use, and the coffee always tastes great—hot or iced. You can use K-Cups or your own ground coffee, which is super handy. If I have friends over, I can make a whole pot in the carafe, or just do a single cup for myself. The compact size really helps save space on my counter, which I appreciate. The touchscreen is simple to use, so setting up Auto Brew and picking the exact time I want coffee is a breeze. I also like that I can choose regular or bold, depending on my mood. It brews fast, which is perfect for busy mornings. The big water reservoir means I don’t have to keep refilling it. Honestly, I’m really happy with this coffee maker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to use the Hamilton Beach FlexBrew for the entire time allowed to make sure I didn't post a review of a brand new product that I hadn't used thoroughly. (So much so that this is a day late. Oops!) I love this coffee maker. Honestly, an item from the FlexBrew line was one of the items that I was considering when I last purchased a coffee maker, but a ridiculous Black Friday sale on a bare bones model from a different company was too good of a deal to pass up at the time. I started about ten years ago with one of the big clunky loud single pod coffee makers from that other company, and used that until it wore out. It took up too much space, it was loud, cleaning it was a hassle, and just filling the water reservoir and putting it back into place on the machine ended up being annoying. Since then I've used pour overs, aair presses, cold brew contraptions, and went back to the little pod model just last November. I wasn't fully happy with any of them. I'm happy now. This FlexBrew coffee maker from Hamilton Beach is amazing and I adore it. It has a nice large reservoir that is easy to remove and replace for filling and cleaning. I like the option of being able to make a pot of coffee with it, even though I do not use that very often. It's nice to not have to dig out a separate coffee maker when there's a holiday dinner or any other time I have guests over. I like the Bold setting option. I like the screen with a progress indicator so you know how much still needs to be brewed before it's done. One major thing I like is the fact that you can push the red button and stop brewing. No need to scramble to open the top when you've forgotten to put your cup under the dispenser on a bleary morning, and no half-fillled cups for three or more cycles after an aborted brew. I like the versatility of a separate basket for brewing grounds on their own rather than in a renewable pod. That makes things extra easy. I used this to make coffee on the regular setting, I made iced coffee, I made bold coffee, I made coffee in the pot, then bold coffee in the pot. (One nice thing in this economy is being able to scoop in fewer grounds then using the Bold setting to brew a nomal cup of coffee. I did that using enough grounds for 3 cups of coffee and brewed a Bold 4 cup pot, and it came out perfect.) I have used multiple brands of pods from fancy name brands, regular everyday brands, and generic store brands in this coffee maker, and every cup has come out tasting good to great. I was going to clear a fancy showspace for the coffee maker but honestly, I prefer reviews from regular people in normal settings. As you can see, I have a relatively crammed full counter. The FlexBrew sits on a raised shelf and takes up hardly any room - the same amount as my last, tiny coffee maker that was not nearly as nice. The pot stores inside the brewer, and whichever single brewing option you are not currently using (pod or basket) fits inside the filter compartment for pot brewing. It's all very slim and space saving. I do give this 4 stars instead of 5 for one reason only: the pod holder retains a lot of water. The shape of the rim around the pod could be more slanted downward toward the draining holes to have it run out easier. You get lenghty dripping after you're done brewing and/or when you remove the adapter to discard the pod, you get a tiny bit of water spillage. The fact that the adapter and brew basket are removable and everything is so easy to clean makes up for the annoyance, but if that one little issue was gone, this would be a five star machine for me.

It pains me to say, since I wanted to like this coffee maker but it seems to have a design flaw where it forces water out the single cup side even when I don't want it to.

This coffee machine can use all different types of coffee and make you the freshest coffee you ever tasted. This coffee machine is easy to clean and it’s easy to operate. This coffee machine fits perfectly underneath your kitchen cabinets on the countertop space. The only improvement that I would make for this machine is to have the cord longer so that you have longer distances that you can plug it in from.

That being said I would totally love to see one with a glass water holder and stainless steel baskets. This would make a great housewarming gift!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hamilton beach flexbrew has been my favorite since I received it. It size is perfect for my daily coffee routine. Flexbrew advanced 5 in one is convenient because I can make a single cup of hot coffee or ice, brew with pods and even ground coffee. This coffee machine gives me a lot of options to make brewing coffee as convenient as possible for me. Very easy to assemble and mechanically durable. I highly recommend the 5 in one flexbrew from Hamilton Beach because it's convenient and long lasting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does everything a coffee maker needs to do for your basic drip or k cup. Controls are fairly intuitive and a pleasant display. I like that the clock is always visible. For all modes except iced coffee it will display the progress of how many cups of water has been added. This displays the number of current cup started and not how many cups completed. An example would be “4” displayed after completing 3 cups while working on the 4th cup. 7 min time for 6 cups water dispensed at 181F for carafe 3min 14oz at 173F for single serve 1 min 14 oz at 143F for iced. (This is the water temp with no ice. It will be roughly 80F when the ice melts) You add 1/2 the amount of ice for final serving volume. This will be fairly strong and enough for additional ice to be added. There is no bold or regular setting for iced coffee. This setting is only for the hot coffee. I assume it is likely using a bold setting as default for the iced coffee. Very narrow machine to utilize more counter depth than width for great counter space saving for food prep is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker was a breeze to set up, and the included manual helped me quickly figure out anything I was curious about. It was pretty straightforward to use, and I loved that it has both a carafe and single serving options with an insert for K-Cups and an insert for normal ground coffee as well. It was surprisingly compact and noise wise it wasn't too loud at all, about the same as any other coffee maker.

The style and grace it possesses, not to mention digital touch control center with an automatic timer! It allows for a single ground cup from 8 oz to 14 oz, iced coffee, carafe serve, and K -cup. It features a regular and bold brew and 11 minutes after start of brewing, there is a 12 cup carafe ready. It's modern, sleek design sets my kitchen off and I get so many compliments on it. I think it fits Hamilton Beach brand excellently! It's heating ability keeps coffee warm 2 hours without using using extra power. The ac cord is about 2 ft which is the only downfall of this machine. It doesn't use as much power as the display dims to conserve power. I'm happy to be the owner of this perfect machine!

It comes with screen filters, but they leave a lot of coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup, and the basket is oddly sized, and I cannot find a paper filter anywhere. Overall, it is a neat idea being able to brew single cups, full pots and use a k cup, but I am not sure if I would actually want to buy one.

I keep the singke cup for cold brew and the pot for hot brew. It saves from multiple appliances on the countertop. The setup is great and I love the design. Its well built as well which I knkw I will get lots of use of. Overall a solid product!

This has to be the worse coffee maker. I've never had a coffee maker where you have to restart an entire cycle when you run out of water. Every other coffee maker on the market continues with the same cycle. The single serve whether using a pod or the basket get grinds in your coffee. Alot of grinds. The carafe has also never made as much as I selected. If I select 6 cups it makes 2. What kind of money grab is this. Its not even like you tried to make a good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am surprise!! I brewed my first cup! and let me tell you a few things. It brews quietly. No chugging, or whining. My coffee was hot and tasted great!, but above all It just looks nice. Great space saver. I love, love. Very easy to use. Fill up reservoir and plug it in. Select your size in ounces, then select the method of brewing (Pods, Grounds, iced). That's it. It will start automatically. I don't make iced coffee but my husben will, so I'm happy about that function. You can tell the material it's made of is high quality, the plastic is a solid, durable quality. I use it every morning with coffee cups but it can also be used for teas... Very pleased with this purchase. I would recommend this purchase.

I have stopped using my old coffee maker and have started using this one. It prepares hot water for my teas. My coffees are perfectly brewed. The size fits great on my countertop. The durability of it is amazing, one can tell this will last for a while. The value of this product is amazing. I really enjoy using it and having it on my countertop. There has been no issues with this product and I have really enjoyed using it. I rate it a 10/10.
