Everything wrong with modern appliances
Got this brand new out of the box and it wouldn't turn on. Come to find out that a millimeter sized piece of place broke off the bowl stopping it from turning on. Why possibly does an entire machine have such a miniscule weak point holding everything together? Wish companies still made things to last and not break the first chance they geti

Cuisinart: A Kitchen Essential
I love to cook and bake, so a good processor is essential. When my 30 plus year old Cuisinart food processor died recently, I needed to replace it immediately. "Cheesy"
I had a quisinart processor 40 years ago and it was a slayer. I primarily used it for shredding cheddar cheese and it performed perfectly. Eventually the plastic bowl cover deteriorated to the point that i had to replace the whole assembly so i decided to again go with a 7 cup quisinart. I tried using each shredder blade and found that i had to exert a lot of downward force on the feed to the point that i was distorting the shredder blade and overloading the motor. As a cheese shredder i have been singularly unimpressed with its performance.

A dream machine!
OMG! If you are on your own, this food processor is a dream!!! Easy to assemble and disassemble. Afterward, pop into top shelf of dishwasher. I only used it the first time and cannot wait to try out some nw recipes. Cuisinart, thank you for this new simpler model!

Making Healthier Food
I love my new food processor! I was tired of buying shredded cheese and seeing how that cheese looked. I wanted a healthier cheese without anything added to it so it won’t stick together! When I made Cheese Rings and Sausage Balls they tasted and looked so much better! I would recommend everyone do this instead of buying the bag of cheese!

Poor Design, Will Break
This broke on the second use because of a flimsy piece of plastic in the locking mechanism. I'm currently trying to fight for a refund but they want to replace the broken parts - ones which would likely break again according to my mechanic friend who took a look at the product.

Happy to own
I’m enjoying my new food processor. Light weight and easy to remove from a lower cabinet. My previous one was so heavy. The bowl size is great for shredded vegetables. I even made pistachio butter in no time. I just wish the chute was a bit bigger.

Easy to use, but question the durability.
I bought this to replace my Kitchen Aid food processor, which had broken. I really like how much easier it is to use. It is lighter, and easier to store. Unfortunately, the first day I used it, the small tab on the inside of the work bowl that latches the handle in place snapped off. Now I need a replacement work bowl.

New Stage of Life, New Processor
I'm old now usually with just my husband and I, and I love the 7 cup size of this processor. I've had many Cuisinart processors over the years, using them in three countries, and this one will be in the top of my list of favorites. From the ease of putting the top on in a new way, to the color that matches my new kitchen, and the practicality of using it and storing it, how could I ever be without it? I recently bought this. After 25 years my original cuisinart broke. I hated how it went together and how hard it was to scoop out the finished product. I would like to buy a more expensive version. My husband knew how much I love this product and couldn’t imagine that I would send it back. He disposed the packaging. Can I replace it? Thank you

Great Mid-Size Food Processor
This food processor is great. It is easy to use and clean while providing multiple discs to do a variety of kitchen prep tasks such as blending ingredients, mixing doughs, shredding, and slicing. It is small enough to keep on the kitchen counter as I regularly use it for many of my kitchen tasks to include even making mayonnaise and preparing vinaigrettes for salads.

Lid gasket a real pain
It has a thin rubber gasket in the lid that has to removed every time you use it. And it is super hard to put it back in again. A real pain. Don't buy this one! I wish I hadn't.

Product not easy to clean
This product is not easy to clean. The rubber gasket in between the interface gets everything stuck in it. In order to clean fully you have to take a rubber band gasket off and manually clean. Not worth the price for this level of cleaning. I imagine the gasket will break long before the blades and unit. Overall, it cuts as well as other models.

Right appliance for small family. Convenient.
Strong motor. Great size for small family. Does not take up a lot of space in small kitchen. Very good tool for saving time.
