Fits all the accessories from my previous model
I bought this because it would use all the accessories I had from my previous 11 cup food processor, which broke down. I like it a lot, it uses all my accessories and has very sharp blades where my old ones had grown dull. I am very happy I got the short top in the package - but not sure why because it wasn't in the produce description. I find it a bit difficult to get used to the face that it is backward from my old food processor.

Poor design and quality
Poor design on the lid. It will not turn on if the lid is not locked into place. The top has a plastic clip that is supposed to push a spring down to lock it on the base. I have only gotten it to work once in the two months I’ve owned the machine. I ordered the brushed chrome base, and it is not chrome but is chrome colored plastic. Very disappointed in the quality. My last Cuisinart lasted for 20 years. This one is a lemon.

For safety purposes, the unit is designed with an interlock system that prevents the motor from engaging unless the bowl and lid are properly aligned and locked into place; if any part is not fully seated, the safety mechanism will not activate, preventing operation. A powerhouse!
This was a replacement for its 42 year old predecessor. It is such a workhorse, will pass it to me kids. Works the same, no learning curb! I love it!

Runs fast and smooth!!
I had my old Cuisinart food processor for 30+ years and the plastic bowl finally cracked. It was still usable but I thought I deserved a new one. It’s so nice to use the new one. All the parts slide together easily. It took me a little while to figure out how they go together, of course not reading the directions, and I believe it’s backward from the old one. I really like having the little cap that fits on top when using the blade in the bowl instead of the whole set up, with the food shute! I like having another grater blade. Runs smooth and fast! High Five Cuisinart! Thank you for what I hoping is another 30+ years with my new food processor!

An Awesome Food Processor
I’m absolutely thrilled with my Cuisinart Custom 11-Cup Food Processor. It’s an incredibly useful time-saving appliance that I now value more than many others in my kitchen. Great small food processor!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this back in the early 1990s while on a trip to Nantucket Island and it is still going strong. Along with a few different chopping discs I have a juicer which makes fantastic fresh squeezed OJ and a continuous slicer that shoots the slices out the side into a bowl. Neither of these attachments seem to be available anymore which is a shame. I also have the Cuisineart 14 cup. I love both of them!

Disappointed
First off, it actually is not a 11 Cup Food Processor. More like a 8 or 9 cup. Instructions are not really clear regarding exact and specific on parts locking and unlocking. More importantly, the blade for preparing raw hummus leaves grittiness taste. Only resolved with transferring to Tribest vacuum food processor. I have not tried yet, However it might also resolve with using TriBest vacuum commercial blender.

Got the larger 11 cup version and it's great.
I used to use the 7 cup classic version for many years and the container finally broke so I got the 11 cup classic version and it's really great. I will continue to be a lifelong Cuisinart user.

Quality performance
Chops well, cleans well, bottom compartments are sturdy. Small interlocking plastic parts may (once again) be the first to break - wish Cuisinart would redesign this to make it silicone or a more forgiving plastic that would last long!

Pro Custom 11 Cup food Processor. The best.
The Food processor is the best one we have ever bought. It has a very strong motor and cleans up very easy. It dose not move on counter when blade is moving. It's very good quality also. Also takes up little room to leave it out on counter. I give it five stars. Very good product.

Love Love my Cuisinart
I bought my first Cuisinart Food Processor such a long time ago that I don’t even remember. I am 71 years old and this is my 3rd one. I love it and use it probably 4 times a week. My old one was so old that I could not even buy the correct parts anymore so I just got this one. Once you start using one you just can’t do without one.

Great product from a complete line of great things. This food processor is ideal for us. I do a small amount of baking so the size is just right for our needs. Everything as far as using it was very easy to navigate and was explained in easy to understand terms. All around a well made, affordable and trustworthy item.

Looking forward to easier Processing
I got this as I process a lot of food from our garden & my hands are getting arthritic. It was time to get some help. This is it. I am well pleased with the quality, very important. I forsee this holding up to my workload. I got it in my off season but have used it for making pizza cheese. I get many different cheeses, grate them, mix them & freeze for future use. It used to take a half day but with this it took 1 hour. I look forward to finding all kinds of uses.

Great Food Processor
I purchased this food processor to replace the same model I had used for more than fifteen years. One of the "feet" on the large pusher had broken; everything else worked fine. I am happy to have this same model - Pro Custom 11 cup.

My Cuisinart Food Processor 11 is awesome! I don't know how I ever got along in the kitchen without it. I'm so glad I bought it! I highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to be able to chop, slice, grate, blend, etc. food for their recipes! It works perfectly and I love it !!
