In addition to 6 speeds, the mixer has a QuickBurst™ button for an extra boost of power when you need it, and a Stir feature for a speed that's 20% slower than first speed. A: Our appliances do not have dual voltage. We currently do not have any retail appliances which can be used with any voltage level other than 120 volts. We also cannot recommend that you use a power converter as they may cause permanent damage to the appliance.

I purchased this handheld mixer because it had a Stir function that was slower than speed 1 and the storage bin that holds all its accessories. I've made cakes with it and the blending speeds are smooth! My favorite use for it is to foam my Almond Milk for my morning lattes! It's a definite must-have multi purpose kitchen accessory!

Not returning it - MISTAKE
I’m stunned that so many give this 5 stars! I purchased it last holiday season when the mixer (different brand) that I’d been using for 25 years quit working, as I was making Christmas cookies. They didn’t have the same brand in stock, so I grabbed the highest-rated of those that were (without reading reviews). I appreciate the attachment options, snap-on storage case, and the 6 speeds. In particular, the “stir” setting has been very helpful recently (stiff & painful fingers/hands). However, the cord placement makes me want to throw it out a window…several times! To say it’s an annoying obstacle is a serious understatement!! I can’t think of a single time that my previous hand-mixer fell over or off the counter, and I can’t think of a single use when this one hasn’t.

Good product for the cost.
This works surprisingly well. I like the speed settings and the attachments it came with. I have yet to use the dough hooks. I love that it clips to the container and keeps all the parts secure. It is so practical. It also has a long cord. The only reason I have it 4 stars is because it is loud and I don’t like that you have to use the hold the switch when you want a low speed.

Do not buy! Design flaw
The mixer cord drops down from the back of the machine and sticks out (instead of going off to the side). Every time you try to slide the mixer across the bowl, the back cord catches on the bowl and you can’t reach all the batter, only about half way. If you use a short bowl, the batter sprays out. You have to hold the mixer tilted at a weird angle to make it work so that you can access the whole bowl. It’s poorly designed by someone that doesn’t bake or they forgot to try it out.

Had same one from several years ago which finally stopped working. No qualms about replacing it with the same thing. It's convenient, lightweight, easy to use, doesn't take up a lot of room, and Does a good job. Attachments are easy to clean. I use the beaters and the whisk several times a week.
