Item was shipped with no outside box. The original box was torn exposing the contents of the air fryer. Hopefully when it’s gifted at Christmas all of the parts are inside and it’s not damaged.

I almost bought the wrong one!
I just bough this Ninja Pro XL 6-in-1 and boy am I glad I did. I was looking for an air fryer that could reach 450 degrees Fahrenheit and have a dehydrate function as well. (I almost bought the wrong one!) I love the upgrades to the design and the square basket. This makes for more useful room. I cooked a rib eye steak and a big fat bone in pork chop and I'm so happy. Damaged box
I ordered this item for a Xmas gift for my husband. The app said that there were 7 left in stock when ordered. Ordered for drive up. After ordering I checked the app bc I never recieved my usual notification a couple of hours later that item was ready for pickup. App stated that none were in stock & that I had to have item shipped if I still wanted it. Item arrived at my house today in the original box & was damaged. Idk why Target is shipping items in the original box to begin with knowing that people are ordering gifts for others. Highly disappointed. My local store is out of stock of item still so now I have to drive on the other side of town to get one from another Target to exchange.

I bought it last 10/02/2025 because of the 6-in-1 function, and after 4 uses the fan stopped working and the unit won’t heat up… I am so disappointed because I have ninja products and they worked perfectly fine with no issues… I don’t know if it was just this specific unit but I returned it and will just buy a different air fryer brand.

Cord too short
I own multiple ninja products including knifes & slushi machine. I wanted to replaced an old air fryer so tried ninja brand. The cord is very short. Usually Ninja products seem to have thought put into them. Not the air fryer.. . .
