A: I have the older version. Easy to clean: flip it up and the bottom opens for easy access to clean. It has a Crumb tray,, just wipe down. Love this item, use it daily.

It sounds like it’s pushing the upper limits of your kitchen’s circuit and might one day trip your circuit breaker. You’d need to either unplug other high power items to use this or try using an outlet on a different circuit.

A: The Airfryer basket and sheet pan are not nonstick. To reduce sticking, apply cooking spray to the air fry basket. As for the sheet pan, which is enamel, we suggest lining it with aluminum foil or parchment paper, or lightly coating it with suitable oils for easier cleanup after cooking. For any grease that is stuck on, soak the sheet pan in warm, soapy water overnight.

I just got this yesterday and so far I toasted a bagel and waffles. The bagel burned a little but I did set it a 2 and the waffles came out perfect! So so far it works well I’m gonna try to cook a frozen pizza in it tonight

Bought a couple of weeks ago & not crazy about this product. 1) why can’t I stop the cooking when needed. It has to time out, otherwise the remaining time stays on. It’s as if the off is not working. Also, do not like that the toasting rake doesn’t come out when the door opens. 2) doesn’t toast bread very well even on the highest setting. Am I doing something wrong? Have not tried baking or air frying yet, so we’ll see. It is nice and compact, just hoping I am missing something on the functions.

Box is just not a good product. It is difficult to clean. It doesn’t crisp anything the way a normal bucket air fryer does. The toast and bagel options are essentially useless. They dry the food instead of actually toasting it. I really wish I could still return this.

I bought the SP101 15 months ago and it worked really well for a until a few months ago. We used it daily for the toast/bagel functions and cleaned it regularly according to the instructions. We noticed orange grease behind the back panel that looked like the fan mechanism was leaking. It kind of looks like an electrical burn. Looking at other reviews, it looks like others have noted this issue as well. About a month ago, the internal light started turning on randomly like it was about to start (without us touching it). Then, the knob that is supposed to start it stopped working. It still powers on but will no longer "start" so it essentially doesn't function.

I have two other Ninja flip toaster ovens and this is my third. I really like this one more than the other two. Only thing I wish this one had it where the back of it opens to get the rest of the crumbs out like the other two do. That is my only downfall on this.

For the most part I like it, however, it leaks an orange grease/oil from the right front foot and when flipped the back right corner. I clean it on a regular basis as best I can. no grease or oil on the interior bottom of unit so I don't know where it's coming from. My thought is faulty design. Would not buy again.

This new version extends about 4-6 inches further than old version because of change how product rotates and the light flashes like a strobe light when u turn it on while cooking ninja really screwed this model up don’t buy try to find older version

This is my second Ninja Flip. Love it so much I wanted to get one for camp where I have so little room and a nearly useless oven though the stove top is just fine. The Flip is super easy to use, cleans very easily, cooks just about anything you could put in a regular oven, but probably not a full size chicken. The air fryer is perfect. Of course the big feature is the Flip. How ingenious - flip that thing right up and it is totally out of the way, very little counter space is used. A++ in my opinion

I love my air fryer. I've had it for years. I could cook a whole chicken butterflyed. I bake cakes, cookies, english popovers to perfection. Broil veggies. Air fries, sweet potatoes and many other yummy foods. Waiting til they go on sale to buy my replacement.

One of the functions that I was initially excited about is that it remembers the last settings used for each mode. However; heating seems to be inconsistent as what maybe took 6 minutes to make before, next time may take 8 minutes. I recommend setting the time longer than you think you need and taking the item out early, because if the timer goes off and you want to put it back in, you'll have to let the machine sit off for at least 5 minutes before you can start again. Back to back use results in an error3 message and the machine will not work when there's an error message displayed. I've only used this machine 4 times and I already have a love/hate relationship with it.

I’m really disappointed. It’s very hard to clean and very little room to clean at the top. Smoke comes out from the top of the unit while cooking regular test oven does not do this. It’s concerning I would not buy again so I get for toasting makes me nervous to do anything else in it
