ATTRACTIVE BUT FAILS TO DELIVER ON ALL LEVELS
A 2025 Christmas gift for my husband who is a coffee lover. This is a beautiful machine BUT very tempermentle AND VERY LOUD! The whole bean option has no issues BUT go to make a the ground bean option and its an entire experience. Yesterday 1/9/26 the representative with customer service basicallly questioned us and assumed we were doing something wrong and WE ARE NOT so we tried his advice and this morning again I got a cup of warm water NOT COFFEE and yes I put coffee grinds in and used their scoop and yes made sure I put it int he hole in the back of the machine as the instrustion suggested. Making coffee in 2026 should not be this difficult and for $500 it should make a great cup of coffee with one round of effort. THIS IS A DIFFECTIVE MACHINE AND ITS GOING BACK TODAY1

Good Coffee but Defective
I had to return the machine due to water leaking and pooling outside the drip tray during normal brewing. While the coffee quality was good, the leak made the unit unreliable for everyday use.

No grind size control.
I returned the unit because I didn't like the taste. The grind was too fine with no way to control the grind making the coffee taste like Starbucks. I'm a Dunkin fan.

Worth the price
I am in love with my new true brew coffee machine. I decided to swap from Nespresso in order to save money on capsule purchases. While, not 100% the same in terms of brew strength, it is 99.9% close enough for me and I will never go back. It was easy to set up, is easy and quick to use and is easy to clean. I like this so much that I gave one to my daughter for Xmas.

Makes great coffee & nothing to try and recycle. We love that it will grind beans or use pre-ground coffee. We drink decaf & caffeinated so this was an important criteria for us. The only change we could suggest are larger waste containers for used grounds & rinse water.

Love the concept
I think the coffee should be hotter. I have the setting on 1 representing the hottest setting, comes out around 168 degrees.needs to be closer too 195 to 200 degrees

Only makes 10oz. PERIOD.
So bummed! Despite the 50/50 chance of having a good unit, I got a bad one. I tried calling the company 3x this week to get clarification on why it would only brew 9-10oz only any any/evert setting possible. No other option than to return it. It’s going back tonight after a week of having it :-(

I bought the De'Longhi TrueBrew the moment it was released, and after two and a half years of daily use, I can confidently say it's one of the best investments I've ever made for my home. If you're hesitating because of the price, let me put your mind at ease. When you consider how long this machine has lasted without a single issue, the cost per cup is incredibly low. It's a true bean-to-cup machine, and the quality of the coffee it brews is outstanding—fresh, full-bodied, and consistently delicious every single time. It's also surprisingly easy to use and maintain, which is a huge plus for me. This coffee maker has become the star of my kitchen. Everyone who visits and tries a cup is blown away. I'm constantly being asked what machine it is so they can go order one for themselves! It really is that good. What makes it even better is that it's more affordable than you think. They offer interest-free payment plans, which makes it so much more accessible than putting it on a high-interest credit card. I absolutely enjoy this coffee maker, and if it ever stopped working (which I don't see happening anytime soon!), I would buy the exact same one again in a heartbeat. Oh, and a little tip: if you want foam for your lattes or cappuccinos, all you need is a simple whisk! Brad Pitt promoted a GREAT coffee maker. I love it and can't recommend it enough to everyone. 10/10!

Leaks
Such a cool machine, but unfortunately it leaks constantly even though the water tray on the inside is not full. I’m not sure where it comes from, but I’m returning it.

Do Not Buy this machine
I myself have to say it is defective as it does drip inside the machine along with coffe grinds. Drips down the cabinets to the floor. I do not reccommend this product.

Faulty design,m
Despite multiple emails cannot get my warranty to show on my account. Been living with a cracked grounds waste basket for a year because I can’t get help or find the part. Huge mess and huge waste of money. Terrible company to deal with.

Bad quality
This worked great for 3months then the infuser locks up. Have to unplug 1-20 times for it to fix it self. Contacted the company very generic help. No resolution almost like they didn't believe me.

Do not buy
Purchase this coffee machine approximately 6 months ago. The product seemed to be great at first. Then we noticed it was extremely messy and leaks everywhere. After some time we ran into issues where it just stopped working due to an unknown error. The only way to fix the error is to unplug it and leave it set for some time so it could reset. It has been some time now that the coffee machine won't produce a cup of coffee due to this error even after resetting it. This product is terrible considering the price tag. Do not but this coffee machine.
