A: called Ninja customer service. He said the FN series 4 QT glass container will not fit the Ninja Crispi PRO. He said they are sold out of the 4 QT glass containers for the PRO, so he was unable to give me the model number I needed…good grief, I am confused.

A: Yes, you can control the temperature settings on the CrispiPro. To change the temperature during cooking, simply click the “Temp” button, adjust the dial to your desired temperature, and then click “Temp” again to lock in the change.

A: The Crispi Pro only comes with a 2.5-quart container, but you can use the 4-quart container from our 4-in-1 Crispi which is sold separately and the model number for the 4-quart container is 'XSKSFN4QT'.

A: Yes. The crisper plate is made of aluminum with a nano-ceramic coating. PFAS free.

A: Yes, some glassware is interchangeable between the regular Crispi and Crispi Pro. The 2.5 QT Medium and 4 QT Large glassware work with both models.

A: No, the containers for the Crispi Pro do not stack. They are designed to nest inside each other for compact storage, which helps save space.

A: The Crisper Tray is not required however it is recommended for easy clean up and for a crisp finish.

A: Hi Pam. The Crispi Pro is equipped with a 4-quart CleanCrisp glass container, which is designed to fit a whole 4-lb chicken with vegetables. While larger chickens (6–7 lbs) may fit depending on their shape and size, we recommend ensuring the chicken does not come into contact with the heating element and that it fits comfortably within the container.

A: Hi there. The Crispi PRO differs from the regular Crispi in several important ways. The PRO offers 6-in-1 cooking functions, while the regular Crispi provides 4-in-1 functions. The PRO is also larger, serving up to 10 people with the 6-qt CleanCrisp Glassware or make a quick meal with the 2.5-qt CleanCrisp Glassware included making it ideal for family-sized meals or batch cooking. In contrast, the regular Crispi includes a 6-cup and 4-quart CleanCrisp glass container, which is better suited for smaller portions and everyday use.

A: Hi Stacey. We don’t have the exact dimensions of the crisper plates available to provide, however we can share the measurements for the containers and lids to help give you a general idea. The containers measure 9.2 inches long by 9.2 inches wide by 3.6 inches high for the 2.5-quart size, 9.2 by 9.2 by 4.8 inches for the 4-quart, and 9.7 by 9.7 by 6.14 inches for the 6-quart. The lids for the 2.5-quart and 4-quart containers are 9.5 by 9.5 by 0.47 inches, while the 6-quart lid measures 10 by 10 by 0.47 inches. We hope this helps!
