Easy to use!
I’ve had this three weeks now and have used it most days. I find the plate to rest the glass ware quite difficult to slot in, a lot of juggling goes on! Would have much preferred to be able to take the dishes out of the attached stands as cleaning underneath the dish is a pain. Having said the above I am pleased with the results of the dishes I have made.

Love it so far. I am dreading that it didn't come with the 4qt container, but as I live on my own, the smaller size works just fine. Easy to use. A few things to caution: The metal plate on top gets really hot, so if you are cooking don't leave it directly under your cabinet, you may ruin the cabinet in future. I end up putting it on a chopping board, so its easier for me to slide it away from bottom of my cabinet. Results tend to be on the dry side, so I usually have it on slightly lower temperature. Color is super pretty.

Poor. Not up to Ninja’s standard.
I have had ninjas over the years. Id say the crispi isn't the best. The only couple of positives are. The colour and the glass dishes. The cord isnt very long. So I struggle to reach the plug from where it needs to stand. Pushing the glass dishes in and out can make the base move and i’m always worried I will burn myself. Especially when its full or heavy. The shallow dish is too shallow as everything just burns. Regardless of temp or cooking mode. I tried to reheat a ready meal in the deepest dish on a low heat of 175. It just burnt the top and the bottom was only just warm. I placed in my old ninja and it was ready in 5 mins. The bottom frame on the glass dishes are not the easiest to clean. Im just so glad I kept my old ninja 😊. Ninja this is poor for you !! I don't think the crispi will be around for long.

Great product
I really like this, I feel better knowing its a glass option and no nasties. I wish it had a handle on the front to pull the tray out is my only wish as I burnt my fingers day one 🤣 I love you can see the food cooking and the ease of cleaning, serving and storing.

disappointed
just purchased this 7 in 1 and am disappointed that i can’t buy the 3.8 dish for this model even though the boklet that came with it says the base fits to take the 3.8 , That size dish would be more suitable for me.

This is a great alternative to my oven. It makes my kids fries and nuggets super crispy in half the time and I love that it can just sit on my counter without taking up to much space. I also love that I can take and use the dish to store leftovers in as well

Easy to clean!
Fantastic all rounder air fryer. We replaced our large pull out drawer for this and no regrets. Easy to wash and handy lid to store in the fridge. Everything so fair has come out perfectly and still the same convenience as the previous version.

Compact and useful
i got this a couple of weeks ago. So far I've used it to roast chicken for my dog, toast / re-heat my croissants, potato wedges, salmon, and corn. The potato wedges didn't turn out as crispy, but I think I didn't use the correct setting. The corn was ok. The Croissant turns out amazing at 4 min on proofing setting. The Chicken for the dog comes out a little dry, but I think it needs to be at a lower temp setting. I'm still experimenting, but so far, I think it is doing a great job. Just like most people everywhere, I don't like the glass being attached to the plastic bottom, it's hard to clean and dry if you don't have a full size dishwasher.

I love how easy it is to assemble and get to cooking. I did an upgrade from our last ninja air fryer to this one. This one is way more easier to carry around. Dishwasher safe to clean. You will need some oven mittens when removing tray with certain higher cooking temps.

It good but not Ninja’s best. We already had a Ninja air fryer that we use a lot. But got fed up hand washing it all the time. So our main reason for buying this one was it was dishwasher proof. It doesn’t cook as well as our older Ninja. Also not very evenly and you have to move things like sausages about a lot. It takes longer to cook than the guide says too. It goes in the dishwasher ok but it doesn’t dry well between the glass and the handle frame on the bottom. It has to be left out to drip dry because it’s impossible to dry with a t-towel. The large bowl gets food trapped between the handle and the glass while in the dishwasher. That’s annoying because you can’t get it out. If I knew all this I probably wouldn’t have purchased it.

A fantastic piece of itchen equipment.
Very pleased with how the Crispi looks, the speed at which it cooks and the variety of cooking methods. The quantity of food that can be cooked at one time is very useful for larger families. Not having to preheat saves both time and money. Have been pleased with the recipes I have cooked as they have been consistently good.
