    I love my Nespresso! The vertuo machines make both espresso and coffee, which is great because some days I want a coffee and some days I want a latte. This machine heats up quick, has a large water reservoir capacity, and looks sleek! I have had it for about two years and have no complaints.

    I've had this machine for about a year and it's stopped working and is defective. When I first looked at this machine in a nespresso store, the salesman said "don't trust the reviews online, there were some issues but they've been fixed and the machine works great now". Well the reviews were correct. This machine has massive problems with longevity. My first nespresso machine lasted me just shy of 5 years. Bought this one thinking the new features were worth it and would last me a good amount of time...i was wrong. Still got a year out of it though and the features of the extra sizes and such are awesome. I'm not sure if i just had one of the older machines that may have been part of the original problem batch, but disappointed in it especially if the people selling it know it may not be a quality product that one would expect and are still pushing it on people.

    While I’m sure the machine itself is fine, the machine came used when I paid full price for what I thought would be a new machine. When I opened the box to set it up, there was a used coffee pod already in the machine. Then when we ran the cleaning cycle the water came out dirty and with coffee grounds already in it, making it more obvious the machine had been used. Finally, when we opened the sampler pods we found that 4 of them had been swapped out with random Starbucks pods. When we contacted customer service about what could be done for our inconvenience, they only offered a measly $15.00 eGiftcard, even though the price of a used machine is $130 at other retailers and we paid $199 for our falsely advertised machine. Ultimately, the machine itself is fine, just don’t buy it at Target.

    18 months and it’s a goner. This machine should last longer than that. No matter what I do and what the Nespresso techs do, no one can get this machine working again.     I have been in love with my Nespresso machine. I have had it for 3 years and it continues to brew great coffee. It is easy to clean with the cleaning package they offer and I love recycling the pods. Does not make any harsh brewing noises and coffee smells great and comes out hot every time. Would definitely recommend to have in your coffee bar.

    I've had four Vertuo Next machines. I use the Next because it will takes the large capsules. All of them made great coffee. But each has failed within a year of purchase or exchange. When I tired of refurbished units, I just bought one again. IT LEAKS WATER all over the counter unless I pour in water just before brewing. The lever used to open and close the machine worked effortlessly at first. But within a few months it became harder and harder to move to the point now where I have to force it. VERY UNHAPPY!

    My Vertuo Next is by far my favorite purchase. Looks so good especially with the rose gold detailing. The quality of the material is great! It’s not made of cheap plastic pieces. It feels sturdy. The coffee selection is amazing!! I can brew regular coffee, cold brew, iced coffee, espresso and all the same options on decaf as well!! The fact that it is Bluetooth is a nice extra. I use purified water so haven’t needed to descale highly recommend this model.

    This is our second machine as our first one broke in less than a year and now this one also has the same issues. The orange blinking light. I’ve fought with this machine more than I can handle. I’ve done all of the cleaning, descaling, troubleshooting, toothpick detail cleaning, etc. I’m so tired of paying for pods that go to waste after trying to brew a cup 5 times and the orange light blinking twice after unplugging, detail cleaning around where it punctures and reads the capsule, running water through. We do not know what to do for coffee now. We don’t like K-cup coffee and didn’t do well with a normal coffee pot as we like different things. Super disappointed.

    Nespresso Broke my Starbucks Addiction!

    I bought my Vertuo Plus Deluxe in November 2021. I purchased it after visiting my grand babies. Their mother had a Vertuo Next machine. I'm a coffee snob that always begins my day at Starbucks. At home, I had a drip machine. At work, I made my own Vietnamese coffee with a French press because my employer provided Kureg... Imagine my skepticism when my daughter-in-law offered me a latte! I was floored by the richness of the flavor! For my second cup, she showed me how to make my own. I whipped out my smartphone and watched learned about Nespresso machines via YouTube. A couple of hours later I purchased my machine. I haven't had any problems with it. I use it daily. I flush it once a month and so far haven't had to descale it.
