Used machine repackaged
Very disappointed in Target. Received package late, box was barely together. Once opened, it was clear they repackaged a used machine and sent. Drip tray had water in it, cord unwound, safety packing ripped, dirt on the machine and in water reservoir, where the water pulls from had dirt, was still wet. This was purchased as a birthday gift and the white version is nearly impossible to get too. Again, do better Target.

Worst packaging /shipping ever!
My second attempt to purchase a Nespresso machine from Target this month. Shipped in original box at Christmas, luckily it wasn’t a gift. Arrived with the box completely destroyed and open. UPS handed it to me sideways trying to hold it together. On the bright side this one wasn’t a used return like the first machine they shipped. Thankfully the machine works. Someone at Target needs to reevaluate the shipping practices.

Terrible condition
I purchased a new coffee maker, not a used one. This one had coffee grounds all over it and coffee stains and marks on it, as well as water drops still in the reservoir. How this could be shipped out in this condition is beyond me.

Absolutely awful
This machine looks so pretty, but the drinks it produces is so disgusting. I tried so many of the pods it came with and even bought some separately and every single one tasted burnt, bitter, and had a chemical taste to it. I went back to the Keurig brand for my single serve coffee needs.
