Time consuming didnt like the flavors
Don’t really like it. I tried all the pods that it came with + I bought different ones because I thought I just didn’t like those options but no. Cheaper to buy instant espresso lol it’s great for someone who has time for it though. Also why is it hard to actually like lock it in place lol anddd it didn’t want to connect to the app only once and then after that never again so that’s also why I want to return it.

I’ve been using this product for about two weeks when the problem started: roughly one out of every two or three capsules doesn’t brew properly. Instead of dispensing coffee into the cup, it leaks inside the machine. It doesn’t happen every time, so I cleaned it and kept using it for about two months, but the issue continued. Yesterday I called the service center. They asked me to record a video showing the cleaning process and sent me a link. After cleaning, I checked for water leakage — of course there was none, because the malfunction only happens when a capsule is inserted and the coffee flows inside the machine. This morning the very first capsule leaked inside again. Cleaning the spilled coffee is very time-consuming because it spreads throughout the internal parts. Despite this being a machine defect, the exchange process is complicated and inconvenient, and I have wasted many capsules.

Don’t Bother
So disappointed. Had continued issue with water pump malfunction. Had to send 2 back while in warranty. Now the 3rd one has kicked it in too! Previously I had an original Citi and had it for 6 years before it had to be retired. Now I’m wondering is it worth getting it repaired. Or to just try something else. When the coffee machines were made of metal that was great but since it changed to recycled plastic quality has been sacrificed. Yes I get trying to be sustainable but at what expense? Then amount of returns due to faulty parts is adding to the landfill, which you guys pride on trying to reduce.

Descaling broke machine but customer service was amazing
After 4 years, this baby boy gave out after a descaling. It quit in the middle of the process and did not respond for days. Just blinking lights in orange and green. Called customer service, did an easy walk through and he determined that the machine was indeed broken. Though out of warranty, this is a known issue and I will be getting a discount on a new machine.

I got a used machine when I ordered online. I opened the box and the machine wasnt even wrapped in plastic and it had brown dirt all over it. Then i opened the machine to clean it and put a pod in and there was water inside of the spot where you place the pod.

Thank you for your review. We understand your Aeroccino is overflowing during use, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Froth results will vary based on the variety, origin, and freshness of the milk. You may find your milk froths well, and therefore you can use less milk to get the same amount of froth. We recommend the following tips to improve your milk froth: • There are two maximum fill lines. • Shake your milk well in the carton, before pouring it into your frother. • Use the metallic coil whisk for cappuccinos and add milk to the lower maximum fill line. Milk should not exceed this line, and your milk may require you pour slightly under the max line. • Roll the metallic coil off the tip of the whisk for lattes, and pour milk to the higher maximum fill line, or slightly under the max line. • If the metallic coil is not removed when using the higher milk max line, and if your milk exceeds this max line, your frothed milk will overflow. • If your Aeroccino begins to overflow, remove it from its base. Be sure that the correct maximum fill line was utilized with the correct whisk. Experiment with different milks. • Different brands and types of milk will produce different qualities/quantities of froth. • We find that UHT (Ultra High Temperature) milk produces very consistent froth. • Milk quality fluctuates throughout the year; thus, results can vary from season to season, and even from carton to carton. • Make sure all the parts are assembled properly (especially the two pieces of the whisk). Make sure the whisk is correctly inserted in the jug, and the jug is sitting properly on the base. • Make sure the surface the device is sitting on is flat and sturdy. Waste of money
It should barely get a full star. We used it about 10x and have o my had it for over a year. We called the company to help us troubleshoot it and it still doesn’t work. This has been a waste of our money

I was excited about finally buying a nespresso coffee machine but when I received it , It did not meet my expectations. It was very dusty. It looks like it’s been used. I may return and see if the new one looks any different.

Descaling process way too confusing
I like the machine but the instructions given to descale do NOT work! I had to go online to get instructions that actually worked. I wish the descaling process was simpler like Keurig machines. I can’t understand why there’s so many multiple steps that you can never remember. Please make descaling simple or give better instructions!

***DO NOT ORDER THIS BUNDLE*** I ordered this as a mobile order pickup and when I got home and set it up, it did not have the milk frother in the bundle as it said it did in the description. I called customer service and they will not give me my milk frother without having to completely take down the nespresso after setting it up, and returning the whole thing. Very disappointed in Target.

Broken after one year
Exactly a yr after purchasing this, the machine stopped working completely. Two months prior, it would stall and I had to restart to start the machine to make it work. Terrible machine. The last Nespresso machine I had lasted 6 yrs!

Sharing Great Coffee Moments with the Nespresso
I absolutely love my Nespresso Vertuo Next coffee machine! It’s easy to use and makes delicious coffee every time. It was a gift from a friend and has quickly become an integral part of my daily routine. I enjoy having coffee with my friend while driving, and I also love making coffee for him. The machine heats up quickly, the pods offer a great variety, and every cup comes out smooth and satisfying.

A good coffee machine for the ones who like nespre
I like the Nespresso Vertuo Next Limited Edition Bundle as a machine. It’s not too noisy, the size is perfect, and the design looks really beautiful in the kitchen without taking up too much space. The performance is very good, it makes a great crema, and overall it’s easy to use. My main issue is more about the coffee itself. I’m becoming less of a fan of Nespresso because you’re basically forced to buy only Nespresso capsules. Sometimes Starbucks makes Nespresso-compatible vertuo capsules, but other than that, you always have to buy Nespresso, and the cost for each capsule adds up quickly. The coffee is also quite strong, and I can’t drink more than two cups a day without getting a headache. With bean-to-cup machines, I can enjoy two to three cups a day easily. So overall, the machine is great, but the Nespresso coffee and pricing could definitely be improved.

5 year life span.
I received this as a gift about 5 years ago, it just died. I spoke to a technical specialist, they said it was an electrical issue and could not be fixed. I then spoke to a supervisor who said, "That is an appropriate life span for this machine. We do have other (more expensive) machines which last longer." He offered me a discount towards the purchase of a new machine. When I asked why I should add my dead machine to my landfill/recycling bin only to have to do the same thing eventually with the next Nespresso, he said "That is the best I can do." ----- To continue: After I saw the response from Nespresso: (....Rest assured that we'll be happy to further assist you via live chat on our website....) I reached out one again through the chat. And this was the response: "Please note that as agents from the digital chat, we can only share with you troubleshooting steps that you may follow to try fixing your machine." So, it was a total waste of time. Plus my initial chat was disconnected, so I spend a total of another 30 minutes with Nespresso only to be now futher ahead.

Don't buy this model
If you're shopping for a Nespresso machine do NOT buy this one. I've gone through two Vertuo Next machines in a three year span and both have stopped working due to a mechanical water pump issue. I can't tell you how many pods have been wasted because the machine will randomly stop working despite being perfectly fine the previous day. I love the taste and quality of Nespresso coffee and I've already purchased a different model, but I have to say I'm disappointed that their machines barely last for two years. For a company that prides itself on recycling and sustainability they should be more dedicated to creating a longer lasting product and avoiding their machines ending up in landfills.

The machine was used, when I bought a new one. No, I couldn’t clean it since the part that was filthy wouldn’t come out for me to wash. Start looking at your products before selling them to make sure they are used. 🙄
