Nice unit, but I prefer my Vertuo unit better.
Nice compact unit. A little slower brew than my original Vertuo (Breville model); also the closing of the lid is finicky, as you have to ensure that the latch is fully to the right (open position) and then you need to manually lock the lid closed, by holding it down and rotation the latch to the left (lock position). The 3 star rating is more because it looks like the local delivery sent me a returned or floor model (Unit was dusty, packaging was loose, power cord was partially sticking out of box, and box was obviously previously opened) although all the parts and manuals were in the box, I'm still disappointed with not having a "brand new" model.

Awful for Long Black Drinkers - Waayyyyy to much foam!
I have been using Nespross machines for over 15 years and always drink the same long black using LUNGO pods. This is by far the worst. I have to scoop off two layers of "foam" that doesn't mix through despite vigerous stirring. then after drink what is left, i still end up with foam in the bottom of the cup. I am just holding on in frustrating until my subscription runs out so I can change machines!! If you like a long black DO NOT PURCHASE THIS VERSION.

Espresso that taste so good
My husband and I love our Nespresso especially when we’re needing an extra boost of energy and are feeling like espresso. They have so many different flavors and they all taste so good. I love that they made it easy to use, easy to put together, and to clean. We love it and it’s not nosey which is a plus.

Good coffee, unreliable brewers.
We have owned many nespressso machines. The coffee taste is exceptional compared to cometitors in the same price brackets. Reliability of the machines seems to be the biggest concern? We descale regularly, keep our carafe clean. Unfortunately, we have replaced machines regularly. support line has been great for troubleshooting, but 2x now have deemed the older machines dead. our concern is that we do not use our machine very much?(Not a daily activity) more like 2 pods only 2 x weekly. every 2-3 years our machine pumps fail.NOT COOL. My Brew coffee- (French brand), has lasted 20 years as a daily coffee maker. My K Cup brewer has lasted nearly 10 years. In the same time we are now on our 3 Nespresso, Original Citiz, and 2 Vertuo now. We are on our 3 Vertuo next. The Pump and the button have given us failures.

Be prepared to purchase new machine annually
Second machine to just die. This one lasted about a year. Tried all the troubleshooting and nothing. And it had had several problems before it finally completely stopped working. So many expensive pods wasted trying to troubleshoot. Our first machine (same model) had all kinds of problems too but it lasted longer. Will not buy this model again. You should NOT have to replace your coffee maker yearly. Get it together Nespresso.

The pods for this are an okay price. They are easy to make with the machine. Sometimes to watery or burnt. Temp is good. It would be easier to be able to get more.options in store.

Temperamental, a pain in the butt.
This is the worst machine I've owned. Had trouble since the start. Had trouble since the start. It doesn't fill up the mug to the level it should. Tried everything to fix it including resetting etc. It's now in the rubbish bin. I do not recommend.

Love my nespresso
Nespresso is by far our favorite coffee maker. The coffee comes out with the foam just like a manual nespresso machine, but with no extra work. They’re coffee flavors are delicious, rich and with bold flavors.
