You may receive two prepaid, complimentary recycling bags with each Nespresso order through our Nespresso website, which holds 100 VertuoLine / 200 OriginalLine capsules. You may take this full bag of used capsules to your local UPS Store to recycle with us. Upon the receipt of your used capsules, the coffee will be made into mulch, and the aluminum will be recycled with a smelter. My machine is unusable after 12.5 months and of course it's barely over warranty window. So unless you want to buy one yearly I don't recommend.

I got this for Christmas from my Fiancee, I was wasting money on coffee shop lattes but this has saved the day! I love being able to make an iced or hot latte from the comfort of home and for a fraction of the price. The machine works well and is easy to use!

Just got the white Vertuo next yesterday! So far my house smells amazing. My only complaint and a fault of my own I wish I would have paid more attention to the dimensions. The next is narrow but very long I can’t seem to find a spot anywhere in my kitchen that it will fit nicely. I wish I would have chosen the flat or round head instead for a more square footprint to fit better on the counter as the water reservoir doesn’t seem to be at the back of those which also makes it difficult to get to on the next. This morning while trying to get the very thick stiff power cord out to plug it in it knocked off the water reservoir lid and it sank all the way to the bottom of the water tank. Just personal preference as I have zero experience with Nespresso machines so I’m still learning but if I had to do it again I would choose differently.

It stopped working after 5 days of owning it. I would not recommend a Vertuo Next. Buy a nicer model or just don’t buy one at all. Very frustrating to spend the money on what you would think is nice and have it stop working after 5 days.

Box arrived horribly damaged, I returned for replacement, they denied the return (probably because of how the box looked—same way I received it) and kept my damaged product AND my money and there’s nothing I apparently can do about it. I’ve been fighting for at least my refund to no success. Horrible customer service.

My husband purchased this thing about 6 weeks ago. It worked ok for 5 weeks and now is completely dead. It worked one day and not the next. The button doesn't light up at all. The manual says that if the light isn't on, the machine isn't on. Really? No **** Sherlock. No explanation as to why it isn't on. I plugged it in to various outlets, made sure it was locked properly, the water jug was full and attached properly, tried different pods (wasted 3 expensive limited edition ones) and nothing. It is going in the garbage. I read some negative reviews by people who had their's die in 6 months to a year. They were lucky. Mine didn't even last 2 months!! Inferior product. The 2 or 3 cups I got out of it didn't even taste that great anyway. The flavoured ones didn't actually have a flavour. They just tasted like burnt regular coffee. Will never buy another nespresso product. 0 stars for me on this thing.

The machine is great, until you need to descale it. I had nothing but issues with descaling this thing. It does not program back to coffee making mode and becomes garbage. I did have it covered under warranty at one point, and it was fixed, lasted another year after the fix and would not get out of descaling mode. Not the only person with this issue, do research before purchasing this is a major issue with these machines. Ended up purchasing a round head nespresso instead.

Absolute trash machine. I was stoked when I bought this as a gift for my husband for Christmas last year. After 3 months of use it stopped working with absolutely no recourse for a return. Also, the pods are outrageously priced for mediocre coffee. Save your money and disappointment and buy a quality machine.

My first Nespresso quit working right before a year luckily I had warranty and the customer care were very helpful and sent another one. Now I’m giving one star because literally 10 months in and the new one quit working. I descaled and did everything it would ask of me on the app. I would say either buy a better quality espresso machine or a moka pot. Don’t waste your money on this one.

Lasted 9 months then stopped working. Perhaps for the best as I will now buy a traditional espresso machine that uses ground coffee. The pods are expensive and not readily available at local stores.

Makes great coffee but the design is terrible. Placing the water at the back seems like a great idea but in practice it's a nuisance to fill and the water tank itself will leak despite the valve that's meant to prevent it.

Water stops pumping. what is going on? my current one is a week old and it's already doing it. will be returning to store tonight and exchanging for the same one. Why? The coffee is great when the machine is working… that is the ultimate problem.. the machine is very temperamental and isn’t always working without either a factory reset or running a cleaning cycle daily… resulting in multiple ruined pods… avoid this machine

Based on the information provided, we recommend attempting to replace the capsule and brew after the machine ejects it. In many cases, rejected capsules indicate a delay in the machine's capsule reading rather than faulty capsules. The capsule can still be brewed after the foil has been punctured with no compromise to the flavor or risk to the machine. In many cases, restarting the brewing process resolves the issue.
