A: Which is it? Ceramic coated or Teflon coated?

Q: Is it dishwasher safe? How does one clean it?
A: The Aeroccino 4 model is dishwasher safe. All previous models should be washed by hand. If washing Aeroccino 4 in the dishwasher, do not place directly onto a dishwasher pin to avoid scratching.

Q: does anyone else have a problem with milk overflowing? I put less than the maximum fill, used all different types of milk and it overflows every single time!
A: To avoid overflow, only fill to the minimum line if frothing the milk with the attached silver coil. If just heating the milk (no coil), the maximum line can be used.

Q: Does this produce fine "micro foam" for making latte art (e.g. consistency of paint with no bubles) ?
A: no. you need a steam driven milk wand for that.
