  • A: To avoid overflow, only fill to the minimum line if frothing the milk with the attached silver coil. If just heating the milk (no coil), the maximum line can be used.

    Quits after 5 months

    I bought this less than a year ago, and it has already stopped frothing. I thought maybe I had been pressing the buttons wrong, but then I come on here and see over 100 people are having the same problem. It is a horrible product and not worth the money. I am very disappointed.

    Upgrade needed!

    Came with our machine... Burns the creamer to the bottom creating a burnt mess and bad taste.

    Thanks for the review, David. It's important to wash the whisk and Aeroccino3 milk jug, ensuring you're removing all milk residue. Heavier creamers and sweet creams can leave more residue. The burn mark will not impede the functionality of the device, however, it's best to avoid build up by using a small plastic scraper, or wooden craft stick to lightly scrape away the burnt residue.     Worked great until ...

    Have had this for 2 years and use it 3-4x a week, cleaning it regularly. It stopped frothing the milk the other day. Have searched for fixes/remedies online to no avail.

    2 products broke the same way. Disappointed & sad

    So far 2 of the same product bought directly new from Nespresso broke and the same issue. It won't spin and heat the milk or froth. I thought the first one was maybe something I did but now both are broken with the same exact issue so not a user error. Now I don't have my latte in the morning and I don't feel encouraged buying another one just to break again!

    Yeoman Craftsmanship

    We bought this frother as an accessory to our Nespresso Virtuo coffee machine in 2018. We have used it one time per day as a hot frother nearly every day since. It's now showing signs it may need to be replaced soon, since it is making a rattling sound near the end of the froth preparation. Very durable and froths perfectly every time. I hope the new one will be be made in Ukraine like this one.

    Works great until it doesn't

    I've had this frother for about two years and love how it elevates every coffee. Within the past 4 months it has started burning the milk at the bottom of the vessel and is incredibly difficult to clean the way a frying pan that's lost its coating acts. Based on the most recent reviews I will not be purchasing it again.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I was hesitant as to whether or not this would be better than a milk frother that you insert into your cup of milk. The key feature that differentiates it is the fact that it heats up your milk if you choose the hot setting. I wish you could press the button again and have it froth again, but it doesn’t seem to be able to do this. Overall, not sure if this product is much better than a microwave and frother. Cleaning it is fine.

    Useless, don't bother

    Kind of useless. All it does is literally froth milk. So it takes a TINY amount of milk to froth or else it’ll overflow and make a mess. Also if you just warm up a cup of milk and directly brew the nespresso into it it’ll also create foam so I don’t know what the point of this machine is or why it cost so much. It does not warm up a normal amount for even a cappuccino so forget an 8 ounce latte. It’s also a pain to clean. Milk on the bottom gets kind of burnt to the bottom and then you have to take out the metal frother part and wash that with a little straw brush to get it fully cleaned. All of that for a tiny amount of form. Definitely would NOT recommend. There’s a reason they had to pay so many people to write positive reviews.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sister-in-law has a Nespresso Aeroccino 3, and after using hers just once, I immediately knew I wanted one of my own. I was so delighted to know that Nespresso makes a standalone milk frother for lattes and cappuccinos! It's incredibly easy to use, heats and froths milk beautifully, and I love that I can make my own lattes at home, with almost no effort, and little (to no!) clean-up afterward. I couldn't be happier!
