A: We are aware that some companies are manufacturing refillable capsules that appear to be compatible. We do not test the compatibility of competitors’ products with our machines; therefore we cannot comment on this. You may decide to use non-Nespresso capsules in your Nespresso machine. The use of capsules others than those of Nespresso doesn’t invalidate the warranty. However, we are glad to tell you about the perfect interaction between Nespresso capsules and Nespresso machines, which is the essence of our system.

A: The Nespresso VertuoLine Capsules are only compatible with the Nespresso VertuoLine Machines. Nespresso OriginalLine Capsules are not compatible with the Vertuo Pop Plus. Nespresso does not test the compatibility of competitors’ products with our products; therefore, we cannot comment on this. Thanks!

A: The VertuoPlus is the third Vertuo machine introduced to the Vertuo family. The VertuoPlus offers the perfect combination of style and convenience for a unique Nespresso coffee experience at home. It was designed to brew a larger cup of coffee, for a longer lasting Nespresso Coffee Moment with the press of a button. The water tank position is also adjustable, to optimize kitchen counter space. This machine is also available as a VertuoPlus (with a 37.1-ounce water tank), or VertuoPlus Deluxe (with a 57.5-ounce water tank). This machine can also brew four different sizes from an Espresso (1.35 oz) to a mug size (7.77 oz). The auto-off feature on this machine allows the machine to power off after 9 minutes of non-use. The Vertuo Pop Plus allows you to brew up to six different sizes. From an Espresso 1.35 Espresso to an 18-ounce Pour Over Style. With a smaller footprint, and smaller water tank. This machine is also Bluetooth compatible, and the auto-off feature on this machine allows the machine to power off after 2 minutes of non-use.

Please keep in mind the following factors that may be contributing to the noise: • New machines with brand new pumps will produce less noise over time. • If operating without water in the tank, the pump will be louder. • A capsule in the capsule chamber will dampen the noise of the pump. • Finer grinds will brew quieter than coarser grinds. • The machine should be stable, with four rubber feet on the bottom. If any rubber feet are missing it may cause an abnormal vibration. • The ideal surface for the machine should be solid and flat such as hard wood or a granite countertop. The coffee and espresso is delicious, and the machine is relatively easy to use. My only complaint is that I cannot seem to get it to brew as easily as it should when I press the button. It’s nice and compact which is great if you have little counter space or a handful of appliances.

I really love my coffeemaker, so much that I bought my mom one for herself for Christmas! Every pod comes out with a nice foam on top and the coffee is incredibly smooth. The only thing I can really complain about is that as a newbie to Nespresso I end up pressing the coffee button like five times before it pours something… the way that i learned to do it now is press on, empty pod from last time and add new pod, close, wait a second, then press again for coffee. Anyways it’s a great coffee maker! Definitely an upgrade from my old Mr. Coffee. I love the coffee options on their website also :)

I love the coffee it makes. My only complaints are that it is difficult to find a cup that is both large enough and short enough to fit under it for the coffee pods and, like many other reviewers have mentioned, it is quite noisy. Otherwise, I’ve really enjoyed it!
