I absolutely love the Virtuo Next . It’s easy to use, heats up quickly and makes great coffee with just a press of a button. I especially love making iced coffee with it, and one of my favorite features is being able to start it straight from my phone. It makes busy mornings so much easier. I also love that I can make both coffee and espresso, and it doesn’t take up much space on my counter. I recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient way to make coffee and espresso.

This coffee maker is very good and fast. It is very clean looking and does not take a lot of space. You’re able to make hot and iced coffee which is very convenient. It is lightweight and very well-made. It even comes with an included froth or to make lattes the different color options fits the aesthetic very well. Would recommend. 

I love my nespresso!! Its so easy to clean and makes coffee amazingly! I especially love the milk feather. We use it to warm our milks and make cold foam as well.

Having used this product at my son's home, I found the coffee to be true gourmet tasting, and easy to use. Love, love! I was forever the kuerig user, this was a game changer!!❤️😍

I bought the machine about a week ago from the Burlington location in the Fairview Mall, they completely lied to me. They told me I have 14 days to return it to the store from that happy with it for whatever reason and 30 days if I have a problem with it, they didn’t tell me that it was so hard to close after putting in a pod in my hands with arthritis so when I called about it, I found out that if I wanted to return it. I have to pay shipping and shipping it across Canada to a certain location on my dime, not happy about that and I was told when I was in the store that all of these other products were on sale which was another lie they’ll do anything I guess to make a purchase how you buy things I just feel being taken care of, I wanted to return it and purchase the other newer espresso machine that opens easily and you just throw in the pod into the hole so easy then I found out there’s a lot of problems with this machine so at whatever cost they’re getting them out and sold on your expense taking advantage of you and lying. I bought a lot of products there in the last two days but I found out they were never on sale. They’re at regular price leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth. I wish there was more locations near me a buyer beware I hear their pieces of junk would’ve been nice to know this before that’s why they got them on for 40% off.

I love this coffee machine. Because it’s very easy and comfortable. Tha coffee tastes is so good. I love this design. Because so small and looks good. Coffee is so hot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a week ago and I am loving the ease of use, flavors and design.

I had this machine for about 2.5 years. At about 1.5 years the machine began to have trouble pulling water. I thought it was my outlet because unplugging and replugging into a different outlet almost always fixed it. After having replaced my Vertuo Evoluo which was 7 years old and very robust, I was convinced it was my outlet because there’s no way a machine this expensive should fail that easy. Then after 2 years I started experiencing leaks, my countertop having giant puddles of water each time I refilled and replaced the water reservoir. So, I stopped doing that and would just refill it in place. Then, this weekend it took 8 tries to get it to pull water, and again the very next day while I was trying to go to work another 6 tries. This type of inconsistency in operation is not going to work. I’m disappointed it wouldn’t last half the time of my first. And the wifi connectivity? What a joke. I tried so much in the beginning just to give up because it absolutely did not work. You don’t need it, but you also shouldn’t be forced to pay so much for a “feature” that doesn’t work. Now, I’m replacing it again. And after reading the reviews for the Vertuo Up, and reluctantly purchasing it anyway, I just hope it will last longer than the last. If it doesn’t last 3 years, I’ll be breaking up with Nespresso. Unfortunate, as I love the coffee and I’ve been a consistent customer since 2016, but I can’t buy a new machine every 2 years, that is absurd. My recommendation to you: buy the older models if you prioritize function over form. I

SO good! It is easy to use. We haven’t had any issues with ours. We clean it frequently do to it being used everyday. I personally love the frother. It is ready in time to pour right over the espresso. The side compartment that they pod falls into is easy to clean and can hold at least 8 pods before it needs dumped!

Makes the yummiest coffee, iced lattes, cappuccinos etc! The coffee comes out with a beautiful cream frothy top, and the frothed milk adds a delicious creamy sweetness. Definitely our families obsession, would pick homemade coffees over store bought any day of the week!

Very easy to make an espresso shot with this! Since you put pods in, it’s also minimal mess with espresso grinds . The added milk frother is a great addition so you could enjoy a latte as well. I like that they offered colored options of the machine :) The only reason I would look to get something else is the variety of drinks that a more complex machine could make.

This was one of my very first machines and I will say, it was tried and true and held on for so long. She was quite, quick, and always hot. I preferred ice espresso drinks but that never stopped the flavor from pumping with all of the delicious pod options. The cleaning/descaling was easy but to be honest it doesn’t need much! Super easy and beginner friendly!

Nespresso has upped the coffee game! With an affordable and versatile machine that is easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to set up. The compact size of this beauty makes it fit practically anywhere and perfect to transport. With relatively quiet brewing, it gives me the perfect hot or iced cup of coffee and the richest lattes. The pop of color makes it feel a little more like me, instead of just black or grey!

I have had my Nespresso for years and i absolutely love it! The design is perfect and the consistency and durability is amazing. I will never go back to a regular keurig after using my Nespresso for so long! I would rate this product a 10/10 for sure!

I’ve used the Nespresso Vertuo Next daily for over two months, mostly in the morning. The coffee itself is good, and I like having different pod options. That variety is probably the best part of owning it. The machine has been less impressive. The pods are expensive, and it needs cleaning and descaling often. I am also on my second Vertuo Next because the first one started having barcode-reading issues with the pods. That makes it hard for me to fully recommend. I think it makes sense for someone who wants espresso-style drinks and coffee variety without making espresso manually. I might buy it again because I do like the coffee, but the machine issues and pod cost are real downsides.

The Nespresso Vertuo Next with Aeroccino3 Milk Frother has been a great addition to my daily routine. Setup was quick and simple, and the machine creates rich, flavorful coffee with a smooth crema every time. The Aeroccino froths milk beautifully, making lattes and cappuccinos feel like coffee shop drinks at home. The machine has a compact design, operates efficiently, and is easy to maintain. While there is some noise during brewing, it is brief and worth the excellent results. Overall, this combination delivers convenience, quality, and consistently great coffee.
