Crema is a sign of high-quality coffee and has been a signature feature of our espresso. It does not contain any dairy or additives and will gradually subside as you enjoy your coffee. Please keep in mind the following factors that may be contributing to the noise: • New machines with brand new pumps will produce less noise over time. • If operating without water in the tank, the pump will be louder. • A capsule in the capsule chamber will dampen the noise of the pump. • The machine should be stable, with four rubber feet on the bottom. If any rubber feet are missing, it may cause an abnormal vibration. • The ideal surface for the machine should be solid and flat such as hard wood or a granite countertop.
