I showed up at target with my order that when I purchased was in stock and was told first that it was out of stock, then second that maybe it wasn’t out of stock, but they just couldn’t find it, then third that they were having a glitch in their system, then fourth that my car didn’t get charged and they’re not giving me my order then fifth when I showed them my card was charged that that they told me that was a hypothetical and that it didn’t really happen and then it would go away. Like that’s the level of competence. We are working with in addition to still don’t have the machine even though I’ve paid for it and I was looking at it in my order pick up for target I mean, I just don’t even know how to understand this level of unintelligence.

Decided to finally open and use my Nespresso, Straight out the box would not work, blinking red, did the reset, wiped it down to make sure no dust was interfering with the barcode, made sure the water reservoir was sitting properly, checked to make sure the water wasn’t overflowing. I got nothing. Would not recommend. Going to see if Target will take it back. If you do decide to buy it I hope you have better luck.

I love the machine don’t get me wrong but I ordered a pick one and received a gray one. The box showed it was pink but when I opened it to my disappointment it was gray!! Why? I’d really like to know why I didn’t get the color I ordered. It wasn’t out of stock so someone needs to tell me why I didn’t get a pink one!!!

So far I really like this machine. It’s small and takes up less room on the counter, it’s cool how it chunks the used pods backwards into the container below. The cord is longer which is helpful.

I bought the Limited Edition Vertuo Pop+. I was beyond thrilled and waiting for my delivery. Upon connecting the machine to my Nespresso app, the machine showed up as Vertuo Pop+ in Aqua.. I proceeded to perform the set up function and the button started flashing red without the activation of the process. I had to try several times before it started the cycle… The whole set up process was concerning and I’m worried that because of the rough start my machine didn’t configure correctly. Regarding the coffee itself, I first went through the complimentary package to see whether I like any specific flavours before purchasing more. And as I began to taste, I realized what I had known about nespresso 10 years ago (when I owned their old model). All Nespresso coffee capsules taste the exact same, very acidic and strong. I did not notice any difference between the capsules, other than some of them were brutally strong and acidic in flavour. I love coffee and although I am not an expert on beans, I know what coffee i like and what is proper coffee flavour. maybe I need as master class in nespresso about how to consume this type of coffee correctly but honestly there is a lot more hype over these than the actual coffee itself. I recommend that people drink less coffee at home if they want to save money, and once in a while enjoy your favourite cups From your local and other coffee shops. I have yet to create a lattee with this machine which I will like..

We bought our machine about 1 month ago and love it. We previously had one for 9 years and unfortunately it died on us. We couldn’t see ourselves without our Nespresso. We have bought for our 2 kids as well and they love their Nespresso machine.
