    I have been a Nespresso customer for years. My Nespresso Vertuo Breville finally died after 5+ years of perfect use. I decided to try the Vertuo Pop and I have to say was very disappointed. The construction was poor, the locking mechanism was very clunky and not easy to close. The coffee pods would not drop into the used compartment, and after a few uses coffee grounds were coming into my brewed coffee. I decided to go back to the Breville.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using a Nespresso Vertuo machine for years. I personally have two favorite coffee brands: Nespresso and Blue Bottle Coffee. As soon as the Nespresso X Blue Bottle Coffee collaboration machine was released, I knew I had to order one (even though my current machine was still functioning perfectly...please don't tell my wife)! The two main things I love about my Vertuo machine are the number of available sizes of capsules and how quickly I can make a cup of coffee. Sometimes I just want a quick pick-me-up, so I pop in an espresso capsule. While other times, I have a long meeting and I need a lot of coffee, so I'll pop in a mug, alto, or carafe capsule. The maintenance and upkeep of the machine are also quite easy, which is another great selling point. I've been using instant/individual cup coffee machines for decades and I'm so glad that I finally landed on Nespresso! While other machines produce sad, watered-down coffee, Nespresso machines always produce a tasteful, wonderful cup of coffee! I'm a bit of a super-fan of Nespresso, but please believe me when I type that Nespresso coffee is some of the best coffee I've ever tasted...and I literally own and use every method of brewing coffee!

    I’ve had my Nespresso for less than 4 months and it no longer works. I’ve only used distilled water with it and tried to reset the machine, not worth $100 for limited use.

    I lived over five decades as a non-coffee drinker, keeping a coffee maker on hand for my guests. I recently acquired a taste for espresso in drinks and various recipes. This machine allows me to make espresso for me and allows coffee-dependent guests to get their "fix" of whatever drink they prefer. Easy to use. Everyone seems to love how they taste. Overall, very happy - although I received it as a gift, and the color is most definitely not what I would have selected!

    TLDR: Terrible quality will 100% break within the year (aka when warranty expires) As a background, I have been an AVID nespresso fan and drinker for forever. My previous machine of original line has been SO hardy and NEVER had a problem- I stupidly thought I'd upgrade to the vertuo line just for fun which I highly regret. POP look so pretty so I got this one and man oh man, I've had SO MANY regrets every freaking morning. I've waste SO many pods trying to fix it, I did it all, youtube DIY fix, reddit rabbit hole, manual...you name it but alas, it is literally the most useless, stupid, not-logical machine I've ever used. Buy it if you want to be frustrated every morning without caffeiene. Do not buy if you are a smart consumer. Because of this machine and the frustrations, I've actually decided nespresso the company is just a money grabbing company. Do not give them your money.

I called support and they were able to help me fix it. This was concerning with how new it is and that I don’t use it everyday. But I’m glad we got it fixed and hopefully it stays that way!

    This machine is terrible. It broke after 4 months of using it. It is extremely loud and vibrates when trying to brew. The coffee is lukewarm warm. Do not buy it!!! If I could give it zero stars I would.

    Do not recommend. Purchased August 2023, malfunctioned by July 2024, spent over an hour with video customer service to demonstrate descaling and resetting the machine did not fix it; finally sent a replacement and guess what? This machine stopped working 11 months later despite descaling every three months. Customer service is terrible. Spent another hour on a video call. I will not purchase again.

I had previous coffee machines before but always stopped using it because I was dissatisfied with the taste and quality.     I've always loved Nespresso coffee, so I bought this one. Haven't even used a full sleeve of coffee and it's already broken itself. Brewed coffee all down into itself and all over my counter. Great.

    I got it new, was ok at first, then started to break down after 3 months. They sent me a box to repair it, couldn't repair it, so they sent a new one and this one also has problems. There's also one at my office and it has terrible problems. These machines are cheaply made and are terrible quality, at best. The coffee is delicious but the machines just don't work.
