This machine is very loud compared to other Nespresso machines. Also, the promotional stickers on the box offering money towards coffee purchases aren’t really a coupon. Deceiving.

Was not happy it was delivered in original box so everyone can see what it was. Delivered to NYC. Not a good idea

For the price; couldn’t be more happy with the purchase. My first Nespresso machine was a hand me down and 5 years later it’s still going strong! But wanted something a little newer, more quiet and compact and couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

I received my machine but I clicked on the it’s a gift button when ordering my product and it was not delivered in a box so now my husband knows his Christmas present. Great gift not happy he found out before Christmas .

Not a review of the machine, but of the drive up pickup. I ordered the blue machine but they said they were out so they delivered a black one. I never asked for a substitute. A lot of hassle and returns. Disappointed in the De Anza store.

It doesn’t work right! Have tried to reset it and clean it multiple times. Good coffee when it works correctly. But have had to go through multiple pods!

Pros: -all coffee sizes I’ve tried for machine (2.7oz espresso-12oz cold brew pod) have tasted delicious -making iced coffee with a nespresso produces much better tasting coffee than with a keurig or pot of coffee. -heats up rather fast, auto shuts off as well -simple one touch design -small and compact, perfect size for one person who just brews one cup a day (other size if you have a multi coffee drinker household or drink several cups a day, I would get bigger machine, see con below” -I got the pretty cream/yellow colored version, good for aesthetic since I like color and not everything black gray or white. -PODS for me are just as costly for me personally drink than if I were to buy my usual jugs of iced coffee/cold brew from the store (STOK or Starbucks Iced Coffee 48oz, making a 16-24oz iced coffee with those) Potentially cheaper if those items aren’t on sale. PODS being that they cost what they do, I limit myself to a single pod use per day. Helps me cut back on the caffeine I guess, lol. Cons -While I am the only one using it, the days where I want an extra cup really add up because of the so small design. It doesn’t hold as much pods in the discard compartment, and the same goes for water. The water compartment lasts 2-4 days depending on size of coffee I brew and how many per day. First world problems, I know. But if you’re gonna spend a decent chunk of change on a coffee machine better make sure every penny is worth it. -machine is so short and compact, it’s not so simple to use the 12oz cold brew pods. Machine needs to be a little taller in my Opinion to be able to allow a tumbler to fit under the brew spout. I brew over ice, which means I need a cup larger than 12oz capacity. Most of my mugs that are big enough are too tall, as I imagine would be the case for most. So when I use a 12oz cold brew pod, I usually end up using my 2 cup measuring cup which is short and wide. -I wish the water compartment could switch sides or wasn’t so awkwardly placed to a side rather than at the back. It does take away from the compactness of the machine and has it fitting rather weirdly on my little coffee/wine bar where it rests. -PODS are more expensive when compared to Keurig. Hoping one day they sell the “rights” or “designs” so that way more companies can produce cheaper options like they do K-Cups. Right now it’s limited to Starbucks brand Nespresso pods or Nespresso sold pods. -PODS are NEVER ON SALE. With costs of living and simple pleasures like a cup of coffee, I always look for a sale first. Was optimistic Nespresso would have sales. Not so, not even on Black Friday for just the pods. They do discounts on machines, and ridiculous deals like “buy 5 sleeves (7-10 pods per sleeve) get a free gift”, and usually that gift is something I don’t need like coffee mugs or coasters, branded with Nespresso of course. Overall I’m not displeased, I just would had purchased a bigger Nespresso machine had I the foresight. I’ll be keeping this machine till it breaks.

Coming to share my review after 2 years of having the machine….dont buy it. The machine will over heat if you make more than 2 pods and the older it’s gotten the more it’s been burning my espresso and leaving grounds in my cup. Want to make a cup of coffee after descaling? Don’t even think about it bc the machine will be too worn out and overheated to make anything. Save your money and invest in a real espresso machine

For years I either had a drip coffee maker or a Keurig, even with creamer the coffee never tasted all that good. When I saw this Nespresso machine go on sale I figured why not try it. The first coffee I made was with a 7.7oz pod (I was confused about the pod sizes at first til I realized it said the size in tiny print at the top), and it was amazing. Granted I did add some creamer as it was very strong black but it was better than the lattes that I buy at coffee shops. The foam (crema?) on the top adds a lot of flavor. The machine is very simple to operate, I prefer not to have a million options when it comes to kitchen appliances. Just push the on button and pop the pod in, it also heats up much faster than a Keurig. It is quite loud when making the coffee but if that's what it takes to get amazing coffee I can definitely live with the noise. The smaller espresso serving pods are nice for when I don't have enough time to drink a whole cup of coffee or if I want to make my cup of coffee even stronger. The only downside for me is the cost of the pods, they're quite a bit more expensive than buying ground coffee or K-cups but I figure at around $1.30 per pod it's stilll cheaper than going to Starbucks everyday.

Bought this in store and brought it home and it’s missing the pods and any instruction manual. Think I bought a used and returned machine. Super disappointed.

This item came used and was not even cleaned. Shame on you Target for putting this back on your shelves and charging full price.
