    Target shame on you! Sent me a USED Nespresso! This is exaclty how it arrived. No box, and opened. Absoulutely disgusting. I was planning to do all my Christmas shopping online and now I won't be able to trust the service.

    Pretty and cold

    It’s pretty, fits perfectly in my small kitchen but it doesn’t brew hot enough whatsoever. It’s warm… barely. Once add a little creamer or milk it’s cold. What am I doing wrong?

    Great little machine!

    I love this coffee maker! The first one I purchased was leaking from the pod dispenser everytime I made coffee, Nespresso customer service was great about shipping me out a new machine free of charge no hassle, with a free return label for my defective machine even though I bought it from Target. What people don’t understand is when the red light comes on it just needs to be descaled! Just read the directions, if you don’t do this it won’t function properly! Nespresso Customer service walks you through the descale process should you need help. I have not had any issues with my new machine and it makes the BEST cup of coffee. I buy the Nespresso hazelnut coffee pods which are delicious!

    amazing!

    I love making my iced coffee with this! I use the creamy vanilla pods and add chobani vanilla creamer and pebble ice and it's delish! I did have to take my first one back after only a couple days cz of leaking, but I believe it was from leaving the empty pods in the container it expells them into. I was able to return for a new one and haven't had any problems! highly recommend!

    Dead on arrival.

    I bought it for my home office, to save me a few steps when I needed a little caffeine bump. Excited, I plugged it in and loaded a pod, pressed blend…and nothing happened. I tried a few of the “fixes” I found online, nothing. When I searched online this seems like a common issue with this particular model. I’ll be returning and doing a little more research to find a better machine.

Our capsules are hermetically sealed, safe from light, moisture and oxygen, and do not actually expire. While the capsule remains sealed, the coffee retains its freshness and flavor after the best before date. The date simply acts as an indicator of optimal freshness, flavor and aroma.     Awesome!

    Received this as a gift from my boss. (Thank you!) Great size for a small apartment counter. Looks sleek. SO easy to use. Wish the water container was larger. (Or larger ones available.) I love that it came with a sample pack so that I can start using it right away. After the initial 7 min cleaning, it was so easy and quick. Placed a pod, and started brewing. Made a great looking coffee and of course, it tasted great! I immediately wanted another one. Loved that it was frothy and the experience was awesome. Pod was easy to remove. Water was easy to replace. I wish I had a choice in color selection, but I love how sleek the black looks. =)

    Not the same.

    I got this one to replace my older model, thinking it would at least be the same quality, but no matter what I do, almost every coffee this thing makes it FULL of coffee grounds. Something the literally never happened with my older model. It’s honestly cut my coffee consumption down a ton because it’s just not worth the disappointment.

    Didnt come with the pods!! Even though it says it on the box

    I love the machine but I am upset because it said it came with 12 pods. When I opened the box it was only the machine with no pods. Disappointed

    Disappointed

    I was very excited to get this machine but it has been a major disappointment. Tall mugs don’t fit under it, the coffee is only ever lukewarm, if the pod doesn’t sit just right the machine is super loud and vibrates, it’s clunky in general, the pods for basic coffee are too expensive, mine randomly leaks and twice this week coffee dispersed into the cubby for old pods and then leaked all over the counter. Oh and o hate the weird foam it produces. It is not crema, it is an inch or so of foam that I end up scraping off the top because it is unpleasant to drink. Every time the machine is loud or leaky I pray it is dying so I can get rid of it and not feel guilty. I hate to stop it if I think the brewing is off because pods are almost $2 and they don’t seem to work well after a second close of the machine. And it happens often so I don’t want to waste money checking to make sure it’s okay. It does make a nice iced latte though.

    This is the second one i bought within 6 months, first one stopped working after a few months, bought another one and it stopped working after a few months as well. Eventually the machine starts to make watery espresso, leaks on the side, it started to be extremely louder than usual when making espresso. Then you’ll just get the red light every time you try to make your espresso. Waste of money, do not buy.
