I wish I hadn’t gotten this model, I was suckered in by the purple top but it is so loud. It’s insanely loud. It sounds like you’re running a lawn mower in your kitchen. I’m terrified every morning it’s going to wake up my kids. Save your money and splurge on a better one.

Like other reviews, It was great for a month, then it starts to malfunction. Wastes pods by leaking into the machine vs the cup. Talked to nespresso and they ran some tests but clearly didn’t solve it. This is my second machine in 4 months that has done this. This is has been on the iced feature so it might be better if you are using it hot only.

We expect your Nespresso experience to be seamless and gratifying. The pump should produce less noise over time. The ideal surface for the machine should be solid and flat such as hard wood or a granite countertop. We also recommend running a cleaning cycle weekly and descaling with Nespresso Descaling Solution every 3 months or 300 capsules to keep your machine in peak operating condition and coffee tasting best. Descaling Solution and instructions are available on our website. Leaking
Constantly brews the espresso and spills it inside the machine instead of out into the cup. Such a waist of pods and makes a big mess! Spoke with Nespresso support and it still did it again a few days later. Bummed because I liked everything else about it.

Poor Quality
This coffee maker worked well for 3 months until it started leaking coffee every time I made a cup. I tried cleaning the machine, doing a factory reset and spent time on the phone with Nespresso Support and nothing would fix the problem. The Nespresso Support team was unfortunately not helpful and I wasted a lot of time trying to get answers from them. Thankfully Target was able to return it. I was not impressed by the longevity or customer service.
