Q: Is the water reservoir removable?

A: Thanks for your inquiry. The Essenza Mini water tank is removable, which allows you to fill it with water and wash it out at your sink. Simply lean the tank to the side and lift it off the base. When you place the filled water tank on the base, you should see an air bubble released from the stopper inside the bottom of the water tank, which signifies that the tank was placed securely on the base.

A: Thanks for your inquiry. The Essenza Mini machine's cup support can be moved from the front of the machine to accommodate larger cups to brew your espresso capsules. We recommend priming your machine without a capsule three times, before brewing the first capsule of the day. Recreate your favorites at home! I love this machine. We had an old nespresso that lasted forever but was much bulkier. This one is the same quality as far as taste and function but takes up way less space! Easy to use (my toddler loves helping!)

I got this as a gift and I really like the regular espresso maker with their regular pots. That is actually one of my favorites. This one works really good though and it’s a beautiful machine for being such a little machine.

I'm using the regular shot button for the espresso cup and the ristretto button for the 6 ounce mug. I even add it to iced coffee some mornings. We brew coffee at home but sometimes we need another cup or shot. This machine works very quickly and perfectly

I have been a Nespresso consumer for over a decade. I did not like this particular machine, because the coffee pods tasted burnt. I tried Nespresso pods as well as Good and Gather pods, both tasted charred. I did like the design and ease of the machine.

I use it only 9 times in a year. The 14th month, it was dead!!!! Called Nespresso they said that there was nothing to fix and the warranty was only for 12 month!!!!!! So each of the 9 coffees made costed me $19.88 eac. No all Nespressesso are good!!

We replaced our Nespresso Vertuo after using it at least twice daily for over five years. Needed something equally small foot-printed and compatible with same original Nespresso capsules. Essenza fills both requirments and makes delicious expresso a few seconds faster than our Vertuo. For a space-saving espresso maker you can't go wrong with Essenza.

I like this machine a lot, mainly because of all of the espresso options when it comes to pods. I started off with a Vertuo machine but realized I really love the espresso pods, not so much the coffee pods, so I invested in an Original line machine as well. I don’t think this machine pulls as much crema and I think the espresso comes out a little more watery, but I definitely give it points for how many espresso options there are.

This Nespresso machine uses the small capsules to make espresso based drinks. It’s very compact and takes up very little space. It heats up within seconds for a quick brew. The brewing process is quick and quiet. The used capsule contain is in front so it is easy to take out and empty. The cup holder can be taken out for bigger cups that doesn’t fit on top.
